The food was delicious, but all the most interesting food - sushi, asparagus, kebabs, etc. was in very limited quantities, only those who came first got it. I came later and only heard stories. I think this is wrong. I had little choice. Not 4 stars. And I missed the assortment of teas. I had to buy chamomile, rooibos and earlgray at the store. The last two are usually included in the standard assortment in such hotels.

The location of the sanatorium in a quiet, peaceful place, next to the Orthodox Church, as well as the intimate character of the uncrowded hotel, was something that was very pleasant. Food: breakfast is more or less normal, delicious coffee Dinner: a couple of days it was very good, but on other days Inedible fish, over-salted food. The cook stands and serves food, except salads and side dishes, with the air of a gendarme. Although a couple of times there was another, more friendly lady. The choice is very limited and often tasteless. It's a pity! Maybe we can improve this moment, huh? And, the most unpleasant thing, upon arrival, I had a transfer booked, the plane was 1 hour late, this could have been checked, and I even called to warn about it, but the office was not working, no one met me. I called the office and, without apology, they told me that the driver had left. We had to wait another 2 hours for the next transfer to arrive. No apologies, as if he couldn't check the flight in advance. It was unpleasant. We need to work through such moments!

We spontaneously decided to go to Karlovy Vary. We planned to go to other hotels recommended to us by friends, but there were no rooms available in them. We came to Tchaikovsky completely by accident. Such luck - there were two free rooms and we took the one from the window of which the Church of St. is visible. Peter and Paul! This is just an incredible sight and the ringing of bells on Easter! The location of the hotel is very good - close to the springs. And a special huge thank you to Galina at registration, she will always find time and answer questions and give advice since we are in the Czech Republic for the first time. We were very pleased and decided that we would definitely come for Christmas and specifically to Tchaikovsky! Thanks for a great time!

On the last day of our stay, terrible instant coffee and very tasteless instant juice concentrate were offered as drinks for breakfast. I believe that it is unacceptable for a four-star hotel to serve such terrible drinks for breakfast.
