Es tut mir Leid, dass Personal an der Rezeption war für Sie unfreundlich, alle Gäste sind mit unserem Personal sehr zufrieden. Obst und Gemüse gibt´s beim Frühstück jeden Tag, zum Mittagessen Gemüsesalat und zum Abendessen noch mehr Arten von Gemüsesalaten.

The food is very bad. Terrible!!!! If you don’t come at the very beginning of breakfast or dinner, but are late, then after an hour there will be nothing to eat. The first time I came late (40 minutes) for breakfast, the only food I had was pieces of sausage and sausage. Nothing more, nothing at all! We were told that they had eaten everything. And only after the assembled visitors expressed their indignation did food suddenly appear. Another time, for dinner I was offered the remaining burnt cutlets (the restaurant employee asked “Are you going to eat these coals?”), since they had already eaten normal food before and for some reason there wasn’t enough for everyone. Again I had to explain to the administration, and they offered me dinner somewhere at my own expense, and the next day they reimbursed me with lunch, which was not previously included in my stay. All this leaves a negative impression.

Great staff. The procedures are all at a good level and very punctual, chosen so that you get everything done in time. The sauna and pool are a big plus. The food is varied, although not a very wide choice....no need to overeat. Prices correspond to the declared service!!!

Apart from the friendliness of the staff, I can't say anything good. What are “two massage procedures”? "Three procedures of paraffin gloves"? And this is in two weeks. Bed linen was changed only once. Now, about the main thing - nutrition. Sorry, but this is how they feed pigs.... Only the breakfasts were edible. For dinner, it was often offered what was left over from lunch. There was no choice at all. And it was impossible to eat. Five times we were forced to dine in a cafe at our own expense. And only after making claims, we were fed humanly for one day. Please pay attention to the kitchen in this sanatorium, because we pay money for treatment, for food and for comfort.

Greetings to EVERYONE reading my review of the Tchaikovsky sanatorium!🤗 This was our first experience and we were VERY pleased with the homely, cozy SANATORIUM IN EVERY SENSE! 👍🥰🙏 Excellent location at the foot of the Orthodox Church of St. Peter and Paul - a very picturesque place with a gorgeous view from the rooms from the facade of the building. We lived in room 401 (huge and comfortable) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ VERY friendly and pleasant people on the staff all around at Rezension - Galina, during procedures and in the restaurant, at the doctor’s appointment. In a short time they paid a lot of attention and care to us, because... my husband was not healthy and it was for this reason that EVERYONE showed their human qualities, which in our time is simply priceless! Location from the main promenade, springs and thermal pool 5-7 minutes! At night it is very quiet and calm, because... The sanatorium is located a little uphill from the main street and this is also its advantage! The cuisine is traditional Czech - everyone will find something to suit their taste and 100% will definitely not leave hungry😉😁 Everything is just great!!!👌 If I go to Vary again, I will stay there with GREAT pleasure!!! On 06/08/23 I signed up for a trip to Prague, which was indicated in the booking. At 11-00 our group boarded the bus and 5 minutes later everyone got off due to its breakdown. They gave us a new bus and we left at 1240 instead of 11-00. The excursion was very shortened, although the guide Valentina promised that the volume and time of the excursion would not be reduced, we left Prague at 19-00 and our group returned along with those who left on time. It’s a pity that we weren’t shown the beauty of Prague in full!!!!

In the sauna and pool area it would be better to have more hooks for the shower towels and chairs. Treatments were sometimes postponed so that there was no break between them. As I know, that's not right.

The choice in the restaurant was basically very simple. The food was put away by the staff in the middle of the restaurant's opening hours, so that there was virtually nothing left an hour before closing time. If you came to breakfast or dinner a little later, you no longer had a choice. Upon request, the staff brought something out of the kitchen. That was very annoying! This shouldn't happen in a four star hotel. The food should remain served until the restaurant closes.

A lot has changed, and not for the better. I was there in 2018, so I went to this sanatorium. It’s a big plus for the medical staff to do everything clearly and with a smile. Although it is not easy for them. All the people at the reception are also nice, they will help you if you ask. In general, I was satisfied with the rest and treatment.Negatives
The food leaves much to be desired, but I’m comparing what it was like 5 years ago. But we didn’t leave hungry. Yes, it’s difficult, the attendance is not that great, I understand that. But cleaning is out of the question. Even when the dust moved in, they didn’t really wipe it off, so I had to do it myself.

Hi all. We were at the Tchaikovsky Hotel for 2 weeks. We liked everything very much, room 205 was super. The girls who treated us were very friendly, responsive, polite girls. The food was home-cooked and everything was delicious. We didn’t go hungry, even without lunch. In principle, lunch is not needed there. It’s not far from the springs, it was even nice to take a walk; in the park there is a spring with normal, tasty water. The hotel itself is small and feels like home. Thank you very much everyone. I recommend the hotel. The only thing missing was a kettle, although I saw many people taking hot water in the restaurant. Take thermoses with you.

This is our first time in Karlovy Vary and we don’t regret our choice of holiday at all. The location of the hotel, relative to the sources, is quite a short distance of 300 m.
