A big plus of the hotel: accessibility to the colonnades, the center of the resort area. The number of rooms is good. Daily change of towels and replenishment of hygiene products. Change of bed linen every three days. Large wardrobes, free safe, kettle with mugs, tea bags, sugar. Refilled every day. The restaurant is decent. We had breakfast and dinner. Delicious, except for morning porridge. We weren't hungry. Excellent swimming pool, next to it there is a bathtub with a jacuzzi, also excellent. Therapeutic procedures were included in the price of the trip, there were 18. We will wait for the results of their completion. The staff is friendly and speaks Russian. My husband and I liked everything. We recommend this hotel to everyone.Negatives

She took great care of all health problems. Also, many thanks to the girls in the restaurant for their friendliness and responsiveness. We vacationed with a friend in January 2018! We rented an apartment: Cleaning was done every day, water was brought to the room regularly, even if we didn’t drink, towels were changed every day, bed sheets were changed every two days! The food is not very tasty, but we are glad because we could give up a lot, the pastries are very tasty, in general it’s ok. I would like to separately note the work of the staff of sanatoriums.com, we were met at the airport and escorted, the drivers are friendly, the cars are good! Our manager Irena came to our sanatorium personally, found out our opinion about the holiday, offered interesting excursions, we went to Switzerland for two days, to Prague!!! The hotel is old, has not been renovated for a long time, the carpet is irritating, old everywhere and with huge even or white spots. The treatment rooms are scattered across the floors, which causes inconvenience. The restaurant is poorly cleaned. They dropped the tablet under the table and did not pick it up; it lay on the floor for 9 days. New Year's dinner for 75 euros turned out to have one additional dish, compared to the usual one, a terrible draft due to open doors and a strange ensemble that was quietly singing something in German (most of the audience did not see the ensemble), although there was a bottle of champagne for two.Answer from Spa Hotel Central

Все лечебные кабинеты у нас находятся на первом и втором этажах, кроме бассейна, который располагается на 5-ом этаже. 1. Room The room we were in initially (No. 316), although it is very economy class, would have completely suited us - we are not very picky about accommodation. But there was a very big disadvantage, because of which we could not stay there - Very bad lighting! Poor general lighting and poor bedside lighting. That is, even just reading a book in the evening is very problematic! The room we were moved to (No. 420) for an additional fee (by the way, thanks for the discount) certainly compares favorably. There is good lighting, an excellent view from the window, and a large dressing room. But all the same, comments have accumulated that over the long stay have become very annoying: 1.1. Room. • There are no additional sockets near the bed. To charge the phone, tablet and laptop, I had to buy tees (power strip) at my own expense. • The socket downstairs next to the wardrobe is very wobbly. It's just scary to use. • The flooring is stained. This applies to the entire hotel. And the problem is not that the maids clean poorly (the maids work very well!), but precisely that during the use of these carpets, many stains have accumulated that cannot be removed with any chemicals. Everything is prosaic here - it’s time to change the carpets. Sorry, but it is very unpresentable when guests on the first floor immediately after entering notice stains. 1.2. Bath. • I'm very sorry, but my wife and I have been struggling with showering for 20 days now. The problem is the constant change of water - now hot, now cold. Neither in the morning nor in the evening is it possible to adjust the shower so that the water does not change. We don’t know what the problem is - either the faucet is like this, or the neighbors are washing themselves, and our water is changing. • The shower head also has a very short hose. My wife and I are both tall (I’m 193cm), so I have to bend over quite a bit to wash my hair. • At the end of our stay (11/18) a light bulb burned out on one of the lamps, but this is a minus, just an information. It happens that sooner or later the light bulbs burn out. 1.3. Entrance door • In front of the entrance door to room 420 there is a motion sensor that turns on the light in the corridor with a noticeable delay, so much so that the first 5-6 steps (if you go from the 3rd floor) you almost feel yourself going up. It is necessary to install a 2nd sensor, as it seems to us, so that one is located at the elevator of the 4th floor (next to the fitness center), and the second is in front of room 420, and not around the corner, otherwise it works too late. • An entrance door with a key that must be inserted into a narrow hole is no longer modern and works with a noticeable delay, and even works only in 90% of cases. A proximity key would be much more convenient. But this is not a minus, but a wish for the future. We understand that it is very expensive to install these types of locks on all your doors, so we just hope that one day you will have it. 1.4. Soundproofing. • Unfortunately, the sound insulation of the walls is quite mediocre. If you wish, you can hear what your neighbors are watching on TV. This is a note for you in the future when you are planning to do a major overhaul. • The windows also do not have sufficient sound insulation, although thick double-glazed windows are installed. Since the windows face the street, in the morning you can hear how cars are unloading, how loud the water in the river is when it rains. 2. Restaurant/meals. Perhaps the biggest and most annoying minus is the restaurant. Just don’t think that I’m a prude and that I’m just finding fault. 2.1. Speed and agility. The time it takes to bring the dishes that we ordered 2 days in advance, I emphasize TWO DAYS, is sometimes 40 minutes. That is, guests (of course, not only us) sit for 40 minutes until they are brought the main dish and side dish for dinner. Yes, you say that for now you can eat snacks and salads from the buffet, sorry, but not 40 minutes! And here the problem is not in the waiters, but in the kitchen, or in the system itself, how everything is arranged. 2.2. Attentiveness of the staff. The waiters and administrator simply lack attention. It happened that after 30 minutes they brought us the second dish, although they simply forgot to bring soup. Well, or for example, they ask several times whether we have full board (they asked for 2 days in a row). 2.3. Dishes. Unfortunately, the dishes don't wash well. Next to the bread there was a stack of plates, where the top plate had an unwashed coating - none of the guests had taken the plates in this stack for 3 days. There are stacks of plates next to the desserts, where the white light from the refrigerator falls at an angle, and the coating immediately becomes noticeable. Quite a lot of dishes with cracks or chips. This applies to saucers, water glasses and teapots (mostly lids). 2.4. Hair. It’s very inconvenient to talk about this, but 2 times the neighbors at the table complained about hair in their plates and on napkins. We personally only had eyelashes in a plate, but still... 2.5. Kefir and Juice. Sorry, but it’s not even funny when a hotel skimps on kefir or juice (not freshly squeezed). If you come to dinner after 19:00, then with a high degree of probability the kefir will already be gone, but not anymore (this is how the waiters answer). The fact is that people with metabolic disorders often come for sanatorium-resort treatment, and many do not eat anything at night except kefir, and here there is such a strange saving. The situation is the same with juice in the morning - after 9:00 there will be no juice. 2.6. Variety of buffet. I think that the administration has already read reviews on the Internet more than once that there is very little variety on the buffet. We knew about this nuance in advance and thought that it would not be a problem, but still, seeing the same salads and snacks for 20 days became annoying. 2.7. Soups. This is absolutely not a negative and not a reproach to your chef, we are only expressing a purely personal opinion (well, a couple of other tables discussed this) - all soups are very “thin”. That is, the broth itself is very tasty, but, excuse me, only greens and a few grains of vegetables float in it. Perhaps this is a feature of Czech national cuisine, we don’t know, but we’re just used to the fact that soups should be thicker. In no case do we suggest making soups so that the “spoon stands”, but there is not enough thicket. There is also one nuance - very inconvenient bowls for soup, but again I repeat - this is a purely personal opinion.Answer from Spa Hotel Central

Позвольте нам также отреагировать на некоторые негативные моменты: 1.1. - к сожалению, в некоторых номерах не предусмотрены дополнительные розетки у кровати (есть только для лампы). Для таких случаев на рецепции отеля находятся электрические тройники и переходники к бесплатному пользованию. Шатавшуюся розетку в Вашем номере мы уже заменили, спасибо за замечание. Смену коврового покрытия планируем на сезон 2018/2019 во время технического перерыва (зимой, в конце января). 1.2. - Ваши замечания мы передали на техническое отделение, они обязательно проверять, в чем могла быть причина неустойчивой температуры воды в Вашем номере и обязательно исправят эту проблему. Лампочка в номере уже заменена. 1.3., 1.4. - все комментарии передаем руководителю инженерной службы 2 - 2.6. - нам очень жаль, что именно ресторан Вы отметили как главный минус отеля, так как питанию мы придаем особенное значение. В течении всего пребывания гостей мы стараемся максимально содействовать и направить наших клиентов к правильному, здоровому питанию, которое является обязательной составной частью санаторно – курортного лечения. После полной замены буфетной линии и разработки нового меню мы получили много положительных отзывов, о чем свидетельствуют предыдущие комментарии на сайте Sanatoriums.com.
