In the spa complex, in the outdoor pool, there was dirty water. Tiles in the pool, both outdoor and indoors with a dirty coating. I could feel the sand under my feet. There are no handrails in the hydromassage compartments, and each step into the bubbling water is a struggle with the flow under the pressure jets. The spa complex was open until 10 pm, not 11 pm as stated. Only on the day of departure they installed drinking water in the sauna room, and if you want to drink, make an order at the pool bar. Hair conditioner is not provided in the room, and the hairdryer is weak and ineffective. No kettle. If breakfasts have become better, then the luxurious lunch has disappeared. Last time I was on vacation in early spring and there was a lot of seafood, but this time I didn’t have enough fish and seafood. The seafood was often overcooked, the asparagus was boiled to a “porridge” state. All the food was terribly over-salted, and this is a sanatorium and there are a lot of elderly people here. I liked everything very much, the mud treatment is of high quality, and Lydia, who performs it, is absolutely lovely, attentive, neat, and caring. The massage therapists are all diligent, I met five different ones, each good in their own way, for a relaxing massage I would choose Manola and Matteo, and for a sports massage, Antonio and Frederica. Who likes shiatsu - Matteo is great. Overall the staff is polite and friendly. The cuisine is varied, they give a new menu every day with a choice of meat and fish; breakfast, as well as vegetables, fruits and dessert, are collected and given out from the display case. At lunch and dinner, water and drinks are paid for; if you haven’t finished drinking, the bottle remains on the table assigned to your room until the next meal, be it water or wine. The mineral water pool is large and smoothly transitions into an outdoor one, very good for those who feel stuffy inside, you can swim in the fresh air, open until late, until 10 pm; You need to take a towel with you from your room and a hat from home; for those who do not have one, they can buy it there for 3 € per cap.
