We are very pleased with our stay at the Abano Terme resort and, specifically, at the SPA hotel Terme Venice. The hotel has an excellent location, very friendly and diligent staff. Previously, reviews wrote about problems with changing bathrobes and towels for the pool. We didn’t have any problems with this, they changed them constantly and without any payment. You must have your own slippers and mandatory caps for the pool, but even... if you didn’t bring them with you, there are a lot of shops near the hotel that sell such hats of all types and colors. Sabrina works at the reception, she explains everything in good Russian and helps Russian-speaking vacationers, she is very friendly and welcoming. SPA is new and magnificent, saunas , relaxation rooms, salt room, pools with jets - everything is new, clean and beautiful. The pool has a large green area with sun loungers, large trees and shade. In front of the hotel itself, the area is well-groomed, but there is no shade.. I especially want to mention Lydia, who applies mud and makes ozone baths. A very energetic, friendly, diligent and friendly woman. The food is varied, tasty, a large selection of seafood dishes, a lot of fruit, an extraordinary variety of cakes for lunch and dinner. As has already been written here, the breakfast is quite modest, but you won’t go hungry. But there are juices for breakfast and different types of coffee and tea, and for lunch and dinner water can only be obtained for a fee. There are no other drinks. The negative does not apply to the hotel, but to the resort as a whole. These are very expensive excursions in Russian, much more expensive than in German and Italian. Perhaps this is due to the fact that few Russian-speaking tourists go on organized excursions; our group to Venice consisted of 9 people, and to Verona and Lake Garda of 7 people. Perhaps travel agencies need to strengthen the advertising campaign for such excursions, since there are many Russian-speaking tourists at the resort.

I was on vacation from 04/23/2018 to 04/30/2018. Before that, I came in December 2016. The hotel is getting better and better, the vacation was definitely a success. The staff, led by Ricardo, is constantly developing, and for the better. Everyone was very attentive and caring. Very tasty food, wonderful mud, swimming pools. I really liked the salt room, it’s new. The girls cleaned the room perfectly, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the room itself on the 4th floor was simply wonderful with a magnificent view of the Euganean Hills. The breakfasts are continental, without the cereals that I’m used to at home, but even I, with my diet 5 (GSD), ate my fill, because... a very decent buffet with a large selection of dishes. Dinners are amazing, menu to choose from, obligatory seafood, delicious vegetable cream soups, strawberries, kiwis, pineapples, lemons, oranges, apples, pears, bananas and other fruit delights. And the cheeses! And the desserts! It's just a song! Delicious both gastronomically and aesthetically, everything looked very beautiful! Many thanks to Sergio and the two Tatianas in the restaurant, whom I meticulously tortured every evening with questions: what and how this or this dish was prepared (I repeat, I’m on a diet, and I simply can’t eat a lot), the guys explained everything to me very politely and in detail and great service. Thanks to Sabrina, this is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, she was always kind, competent and professional, she helped in many matters: both in word and in deed, last time at Christmas dinner she poured wine on her blouse, washed it and in the morning bustle forgot it in the room, completely by accident I asked and received it back in a neat package, with the inscription of my number, dates of stay and my first and last name. I only took the mud on my hands and already at the hotel for 16 euros, I can’t do it completely, unfortunately, last time there was a very powerful positive effect, but it was still great, and I felt the result. Lydia, thank you very much, your hands are golden, and besides, it’s nice to exchange a word in Russian during the procedure. The staff at the pools and bar are very professional. I had a great rest, it’s a pity that it’s not enough, the hotel is wonderful, Abano Terme is just paradise: air, nature, thermal water... I’ll definitely come back here again!!!! I would like to say a word of gratitude to Vaclav (this is the representative of the “Sanatorium” in Italy) for his professionalism, clarity and attention. Everything was organized at the highest level: meeting at the airport, transfer, accompaniment during the holiday. Yes, and I forgot to say the following: the price of my tour purchased at the Sanatorium turned out to be significantly lower than on the hotel website. I have been using the services of this company for many years, I travel regularly to Karlovy Vary (Vladislav works with me in the Czech Republic, I also respect him for his excellent work), and I can absolutely say that in terms of cost and in terms of organizing trips, there is an alternative to this the team doesn't. I used the website sanatoriums.com for the first time, accidentally stumbling upon it while looking for short-term wellness. There was doubt about the reliability of the site, but in practice it turned out to be in vain. The choice fell on the Venice sanatorium in Abano Terme. I was guided by the reviews and ratings of the sanatorium. So, I'll start with the transfer. I ordered a transfer to the hotel and back to the airport through sanatoriums.com. We were met in a luxury car and arrived in comfort, as promised, for 35 euros. Sanatorium "Venice" made a positive impression. The room in which I stayed was spacious, with a comfortable bed and the necessary little things, such as shampoo, gel, cotton swabs, a shower cap, and what was striking was that there was a gel for washing clothes and... a sleep kit, including a blindfold , earplugs and pills for insomnia. What a concern! As for the treatment, everything expected came true. At my request, the massage was replaced with inhalations + mud. Lydia did the mud. She is very sensitive, attentive, clearly monitors the client’s well-being during the procedure, and for this I thank her very much! In addition to the procedures, there is free access to a swimming pool with warm thermal water and a jacuzzi, a grotto with thermal steam, as if you were sitting on a volcano, there is a small gym, a relaxation room similar to our halo chamber. In short, there are all the conditions for relaxing from the bustle of the city and improving your health. As for food, it is better to take full board. Breakfasts are really monotonous, but you can always vary: scrambled eggs, fried bacon, eggs, corn, tomatoes, cottage cheese, yogurt, two types of sausage, ham, cheese, fruits, juices, jams, honey, croissants, cookies, tea, coffee. For lunch and dinner there is a huge selection of snacks and hot dishes, you won’t go hungry. Drinks are paid, but available. Sabrina, who speaks Russian, works at the reception. Sabrina will always help and answer your questions, which makes your stay at the hotel more comfortable. The restaurant also has Russian speaking staff. To summarize, I recommend the site sanatoriums.com as reliable and proven, as it turned out in the sanatorium, not only by me. Sanatorium Venice is a place where you can relax your body and soul. The only negative for me is the possibility of living with animals. For people who are allergic to dogs, this fact can cause a blow to their health. I hope that only a few numbers allocated for such circumstances are used for such cases.

In the restaurant, as we understand, the head cook has changed - he retired. We attribute the deterioration of the restaurant’s performance to this, for which there were no complaints for the previous two years. Specifically, the menu is not varied, especially fish dishes (for example, in 10 days sea bass was offered for dinner for 7-8 days in a row), sometimes poorly prepared shrimp, etc. New employees are clearly not trained - we had to wait about half an hour for them to come and They will take your order, although we were one of the first to sit at the table. With such an attitude, it is difficult to maintain a previously achieved high rating. After all, you quickly get used to good things and any deviation from it is not pleasing.

Consultation with a doctor is more than formal. This was especially true for prescriptions for inhalations for a child (but it was included in the bill). It’s very strange that there are no slippers (even in the simplest hotels there were always ones, so we didn’t even think to take them with us). At our request, one pair was given out.

The picture of the hotel shows only one view of it. There are some that are quite small in size. Most likely, the room was sold at a higher price, and after an hour of clarification, I was given a room of a higher rank, but with a view of the long-term construction and a giant stone bed, from which it was a separate circus room.
