Underwater massage - 15 minutes, this is extremely insufficient, Reflex massage 15 minutes, only the back area 12-15 minutes, also not enough. I cannot evaluate other procedures. Request to the administration: why are there no mosquito nets on the windows, the forest is nearby, rain is not uncommon, there are a lot of mosquitoes. I think that my rest and treatment were a success, I’m very pleased, thank you very much!

The bad thing is that during my stay at the hotel there was a lot of snow, and on the "srіbnіy stezhtsi" - this is a health path, they never removed the snow during the entire winter. It's impossible to walk. You can break your legs at the musculoskeletal treatment resort. I think it's the resort management's fault. And the hotel is very good.

While eating in the restaurant, during our stay, several Arab men in outerwear came for lunch almost every day, who walked around the hall without taking off their jackets and coats, served themselves food and sat down at the table. My appeal to the administration with a request to prohibit the passage to the restaurant for these people in outerwear, but it didn’t give any results. I think that this is the only negative that needs to be eliminated despite Eurotolerance. The rules of social behavior must be the same for all visitors.

Apart from the treatment, it is not worth the money we pay. I have comparisons of the sanatorium in Maryiné Lazne, excellent staff, buffet, treatment services, swimming pool, tour services, which in Jáchymov are unfortunately at a low level. I saw a smile and friendliness only from the employees of the baths, the rest had such an expression on their faces as if I had disturbed them with something. With the same direction of treatment, the sanatorium on Lake Heviz cannot be compared with Jachimov. There is no need to boast about the famous water, in Heviz it is no worse, but we need to improve our attitude towards work and patients who pay money and are treated not at the expense of the sanatorium. Of course, this is my personal opinion, but unfortunately I have such an opinion for the first time in 6 years of all my holidays in sanatoriums in Europe.

Otherwise, everything is fine - Unfortunately, both now and last time the massage leaves much to be desired. In my opinion, 15 minutes is not enough, but even these minutes are performed rather formally by some massage therapists. They barely touch the body, barely stroke it. Massage, however, requires some pretty decent efforts on the part of the massage therapist. It was after this stroking that I gave up massage altogether.
