I really liked Radium Palace, which is located in a unique place of nature. Mountains and forests. The air is clean and transparent. The staff is qualified and mostly friendly. Service from medical staff and technical staff is at a high level. The treatment was excellent. After a week we felt the results. Problems with the spine. By the end of the second week it stopped bothering me. A month has already passed since the treatment and the results are noticeable. The doctor said that improvement usually occurs after 2 and 3 weeks. Indeed, this is what happened. The food and service in the restaurant are at the highest level. Special thanks to the chef. The food is prepared with love and great professionalism... very tasty food. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the management of the sanatorium for organizing excellent management.

There is also a negative thing that I would like to talk about. Truth is, I didn’t find out the names of these hotel employees. They work at the reception. Very irritated and nervous. Although the first impression begins with the reception upon arrival and, of course, upon departure. When a vacationer encounters such inattention and aggressiveness from hotel staff, I want to ask such people, after all, they depend on visitors and their work and their salary, so why this behavior. One of them is a short red-haired guy with a beard. There was so much anger and hatred in him that he could not control himself. Every question came from him with an irritable answer. When they asked him what problems he had for talking to us like that and asked his name, he immediately changed and pulled himself together and, as best he could, did not show us his irritation.. The thin girl with dark hair from the reception had the same plan. Also, after her rudeness in a conversation, they asked her name, she completely disappeared and so we didn’t wait for her. I advise managers to appoint more communicative and more friendly and polite employees at the reception. Since they are the first persons with whom hotel clients communicate. I also periodically recommend that managers work with staff and remind them of their polite attitude towards vacationers.

If someone wants more rest and less emphasis on treatment, Jáchymov is unlikely to suit them. There is simply no entertainment there (in the city). Jáchymov is surrounded on all sides by small mountains covered with pine forests and there is no industry there. There is simply magnificent, clean and fresh air. It is simply impossible for them to breathe. And this is very important for relaxation. There are a lot of paths in the mountains that are very convenient for walking. We walked five to ten kilometers a day and enjoyed it. We rested and received treatment at Radium Palace (****). *All procedures at the hotel. When we checked in, we were surprised by the rooms provided. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. To be honest, we expected the rooms to be more modest. And this surprised us very pleasantly. The impression of the hotel was very good. All the staff, without exception, are very polite and responsive. It's difficult to single out someone. This applies to the reception, medical staff, maids, and restaurants. The rooms are cleaned daily, so they are always clean. If you want a towel changed, for example, you need to put it on the floor. This varies from hotel to hotel... The food is organized very well. The hotel has several restaurants. Restaurant opening hours are comfortable enough to plan your visit taking into account the procedures. On your first visit (after checking in), you are immediately assigned a table that only you can use. Those. come any time the restaurant is open and sit at your table. The tables are always clean. There is always a fairly large selection of dishes to suit a variety of tastes. The staff are again very polite and helpful. I would also add - very patient. Because we have never heard of any of the service staff reacting rudely or raising their voice even to outright rudeness on the part of some clients (and such, unfortunately, do occur). The staff during the procedures are very courteous. Everyone is always polite. Sometimes you look at their work and think how there are enough of them for everyone. This is very hard work in principle. And when you come across different clients - some based on health, and some based on character - you understand even more how difficult it is to work with us. Special thanks to them! Several times, on free days (Saturday and Sunday), we went on excursions around the Czech Republic and Germany. Here, too, everything is quite well organized. So you won’t raise your hand to give a low rating. There was only one not very pleasant moment in our vacation... During the period from July to October, the hotel has a lot of clients from Arab countries. There seem to be even more of them than Europeans. There can be no complaints against them - because they come for treatment just like us. It was somewhat unusual for us to see so many people in clothes that we were absolutely not used to. But that's not the main point. There were a number of Arab clients who simply behaved very indecently in restaurants. Their culture is very different from European. I won’t go into details, but there were moments that were downright annoying. I would like to know about such moments in advance - when booking. Those. I would like to know that during certain periods the hotels have a large number of clients from Arab countries. At the same time, also among the same Arabs, there were people with whom it was very pleasant to communicate. We even parted with one married couple from Egypt as very close friends. The overall rating that we would give on a ten-point scale is a full 9. We got what we came for and what we expected. The unit was removed only for the reason described in the last part of my “report”. So I can say from the bottom of my heart to “Sanatorium.com” and first of all, Vladislav, to you personally - thank you very much for your help in organizing our vacation.
