The staff more or less speaks Russian. everyone is very polite and friendly. There is no difference in service whether you are Russian or German. In general, everything is just wonderful. It was my first time at the sanatorium. But knowing my problems with the spine and joints, the effect was visible almost from the first day. Natalya, the doctor, said at the first appointment that you will feel everything from the first day. And so it is. I arrived with pain, on the second day the pain went away. Rodon baths, CO2 bags, gas injections, etc. I recommend it to everyone. There are a lot of older people in the sanatorium, but also a lot of young people. Personally, I noted that I will come to this sanatorium more than once.

The only complaint is about the food. It seemed to me that the food was a bit heavy and too salty. I tried the soup and it felt like it was made from cubes. More dietary dishes are needed.

I liked the meeting when we first arrived. The staff greeted us with smiles and immediately heated up lunch, even though we were late. Bed linen was changed every two days, it was very clean. Maybe it was not the season, maybe it was the right organization, but there was no queue for the procedures. Everyone arrived at their own time and no one waited for anyone.
