Наш туристический пакет подготовлен нами и всегда свежий, кроме вышеупомянутых бутербродов (хлеб, рама, ветчина, сыр) содержит 2 вида фруктов, воду, вафли, круассан. The fly in the ointment is Yana’s attitude (she sits at the reception of the medical department) towards the guests of the sanatorium - for her the problem is not only to smile or say hello to the guest. She doesn’t even consider it necessary to respond to a greeting). But this is the ONLY unfriendly person in the resort. 3. All the rooms in which I was able to visit my friends were of excellent quality. High ceilings set them apart from many other hotels. I can’t say anything about audibility, because... while I was in the room, there was always silence around. 4. The food and service in the restaurant are excellent. I didn’t like the individual transfer from Prague airport to the hotel, because... an old minibus with very uncomfortable, worn-out seats was sent for one person, and the two-hour drive was torture for my joints. The meaning of an individual transfer is lost. The ride back in a passenger car was very comfortable. Inconsistency between icons and even letters indicating procedures on the card and on the office, which leads to the fact that you have to search for the right office for a long time. You wait at one office, it turns out you should have gone to another, and there they think that you are late and do not carry out the procedure. On the first day, many people get confused and miss procedures. For rescheduling a procedure, 200 CZK is charged, but at first it is difficult for a person to evaluate the schedule of procedures scheduled for 3 weeks and they must be given the opportunity to make changes at least once for free. Only dinner is provided on the day of arrival. Perhaps due to the fact that check-in is very late, namely after 14:00, which is also inconvenient - more realistically at least 13 hours. Due to the fact that on the day of arrival you are not yet familiar with the infrastructure, this creates problems. At lunch they offer iced coffee left over from breakfast. It’s better not to write that there will be coffee at lunch, or to serve fresh coffee. When booking, I would be happy to indicate my size S and could use a robe that fits. По поводу замечаний хотим оговорить следующие моменты: - На обед всегда подаём свежий кофе, никогда кофе из завтрака. - Халаты у нас в нескольких размерах, но заранее мы не знаем, какой человек по размерам приедет. Если клиенту не подходит размер халата, который приготовлен в номере, он сможет попросить горничную о смену. - Регистрация и заселение в номер у нас с 14:00 часов, это нельзя осуществить в 13:00 часов. - Процедуры назначает врач по актуальному состоянию здоровья клиента. - Мы гарантируем клиенту количество процедур указанное по заказанной программе. Напр. в программе "Основное радоновое лечение" гарантируем 14 процедур в неделю, в программе "Традиционное радоновое лечение" гарантируем 21 процедур в неделю. Программа процедур составляется на основании свободного капацитета, и поэтому в один день у клиента могут быть назначены 3 процедуры и в другой день только одна процедура, но в течении одной недели мы всегда должны реализовать количество процедур указанное в программе. - Если клиент пропустит процедуру, её нельзя возместить. Замена процедур по желанию клиента возможна за оплату 200,- CZK. - Обозначение процедур обычно понятно всем клиентам, мы с такой проблемой пока не встречались. Если клиент не знает куда идти, он сможет спросить в наших двух рецепциях (главной и велнес).
