Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Good location (forest, river, springs). The food is varied, the service staff in the restaurant is very friendly and friendly (thanks to the waitress Natasha - she provided excellent service). Live music, snow-white tablecloths, napkins. Not all staff are friendly. People who are new to the resort are not explained the specifics of the provision of services, that they must pay additionally in addition to what is included in the package (they will learn about this after taking an additional test, visiting a doctor, issuing a prescription), and they are not explaining certain features of the procedures. Complex logistics (procedures are carried out in different buildings, newcomers wander around for the first few days). The room has a musty smell that is not ventilated. When checking out, it suddenly turned out that the bill included 2 bottles of water from the minibar, which I did not drink. I have vacationed in this sanatorium more than ten times. This alone means that I am satisfied with everything. The sanatorium has its own territory, a swimming pool, and all the necessary procedures. The forest is across the road, take a walk for pleasure. A wonderful holiday with a combination of health benefits. The staff at the Bristol Palace Hotel are friendly, it is clean and comfortable. The food for the guests is very well organized. This was my first time using the services of Sanatoriums.com and I will definitely use it in the future. All order confirmations arrived on time, transport from the airport to the hotel and back was well organized. The drivers were kind and punctual. I would like to especially mention the driver Alexey, who took us to the airport. I enjoyed the Sunday excursion to Prague with guide Valentina. Very interesting and educational information was obtained during the excursion.Positives

The sanatorium is one of the best, I stayed in the Bristol Palace building. The staff was very friendly, the cleanliness was perfect. which is important during treatment. The food is very varied, for every taste. Towels were changed every day without asking or reminding. An excellent doctor, Dogmar Kissova, competent and attentive.
