Beautiful hotel right near Jeleni Skok and within walking distance of colonnade, just go down the inconspicuous stairs to Hadi Pramen. We visited the hotel with my sister for a long weekend, it is beautiful, clean, with beautifully designed rooms and a wellness centre. In which no matter where you live, everything is connected by underground passages, so even if you go from the Royal Villa to the wellness center or to restaurant, you don’t have to go outside at all to have lunch. We this was greatly appreciated because it rained most of the time. Despite That being said, we really enjoyed our vacation. The rooms are cozy, clean, great equipped, temperature adjustable, beds very comfortable, not soft, Neither hard, solid wood furniture is accompanied by the smell of wood and polish. I have to praise this hotel. I've been to different hotels, but this one is probably the best the best of all. Everywhere is clean, comfortable rooms with good furniture. Nothing is not seemed cheap. Communication in German was very poor. The bus ride, which was included in the booking, was very poor. There were German and Russian guests on the bus, but not even a hello or goodbye was said, let alone a few pieces of information in German. We were pretty helpless if at least a few Russian guests hadn't translated the essentials for us. Furthermore, we had booked with wellness and 3 days before departure we received the message that the wellness area was not available. We were promised additional treatments and a 15% refund. Unfortunately, it was not technically possible to fulfill your wish. We provide about 25 channels in different languages! Russian, Ukrainian, Czech, English and of course free, but this was not enough and you decided to leave immediately. In this case, we really charge a fine and in your case it was the price for one subsequent night.

The ladies at the spa reception are the rudest ladies there are. Always in a bad mood and not helpful at all. If you want a change, you don't even have to contact them. You just get yelled at.
