Underwater spinal traction, which is why I actually chose this sanatorium, was prescribed after a second visit to the head physician and nurse. Moreover, this procedure was prescribed not in addition to the existing ones 7, but instead of pneumopuncture. As a result, time was lost and in the remaining 5 days of treatment I received only 2 traction sessions. The bad thing is that the head physician does not announce the procedures prescribed by him, and the patient learns about the appointment only when visiting the nurse, who draws up a schedule of visits. 2. Very cold water in the pool. Apparently this explains the lack of tourists from other countries there. Only Russians can withstand such temperatures. Instead of the announced +28, the temperature felt about +22. The staff did not respond to requests to heat the water. 3. The water in the jacuzzi is highly chlorinated, which personally caused allergic dermatitis for me, despite taking a shower after the pool. I had to take antihistamines.

The food is very bad for such prices, everything is the same every day and there is a lot of processed food and not fresh. The dishes were processed from leftover food and very tasteless. The juices were not fresh, there was no choice, and a couple of times they simply turned sour. There is a lot of meat from cans and canned food, which is very bad for people undergoing treatment. I mostly drank kefir with black bread and ate oatmeal since there was no other choice. I went to eat in restaurants a couple of times, although they charged me for the food even if I wasn’t at dinner or lunch, which is also very bad. There was a shortage of dishes and the dishes were often very dirty. I had to choose something cleaner. The waiters are not very polite. I would like this to be taken into account because the prices are very high for everything and the quality is poor. If I come again, I’ll probably eat somewhere else because I don’t want to pay for stale food. I paid a lot and expected much better, or at least as advertised. We calculated y. Anya, which I never even took for beer. Very unpleasant. Also, the room was not vacuumed and the floors were not washed, there was dust everywhere and much more. На обед и ужин мы предоставляем на сегодняшний день выбор из 3 супов, 6 главных блюд , так же на каждый день есть выбор 2 диетических блюд и трех гарниров, меню повторяется каждые три недели. Overall rating - excellent. Among the advantages of the sanatorium are food and treatment. The restaurant has a lot of space, variety and tastes are A+. The treatment center is new, the equipment is modern, the quality of the mud, mineral baths and gas injections is excellent. The offices are spacious, there is a lobby everywhere for comfortable waiting, and I have never walked in or seen a queue myself. Everywhere there are electronic boards, like at the airport, with a schedule of procedures with time, last name, room number and even an arrow in which direction to look for the right room.

The organization of the restaurant's work was terrible - there weren't enough seats in the main hall, people were constantly being seated in other people's seats, because of this, conflicts arose between vacationers, the waiters referred to the instructions of the manager, who for some reason was at the Colonada Hotel. Oxygen therapy machines are very noisy.

The plan for carrying out procedures for the family was not drawn up correctly; for example, my husband and I underwent oxygen therapy at different times. I turned to the nurse - the answer was “the hotel is full.” Sorry, it seemed to me that the plan for visiting the procedures was drawn up unskillfully - one day included six procedures, another day half as many. In addition, one should take into account a sufficient break between water procedures - after them I needed to rest, for example. I enjoyed my stay, everything was fine, some rough edges were eliminated.

The food is of course dietary and not bad, but it could be better, i.e. preferably more good fish, turkey and chicken. The coffee is completely tasteless and is only served for breakfast. Install a modern coffee machine and the problem will be solved!

I rested in the Bristol Palace sanatorium from 14.03. to 04.04. A true 100 percent four stars. Very comfortable room, excellent location on the hill, fresh air, beautiful view from the window. 10-15 min to the sources. Opposite the exit from the hotel across the road there is a forest on the mountain with numerous trails for lovers of walks and nature. The treatment is very varied, all procedures are carried out precisely on time, without queues. Dr. Umurzokov Akhmatilla and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Three appointments with the doctor. Analyzes, 45 procedures. The food is excellent, you can choose any diet, a varied menu, a lot of fruits (watermelons, pineapples, melons, grapes, kiwis, apples, pears, tangerines, oranges and all this in unlimited quantities), vegetables and salads. Everything was prepared very tasty and beautifully served. Thanks to the chef and all the cooks. Special thanks to the waiters for the beautiful setting and excellent service and for the fact that we could come at 7.00. instead of 7.30, if you had to leave early for an excursion or to the airport. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed daily, the cleanliness was perfect. Thanks to the maids. I recommend this resort to everyone.

First impressions are great. Ambiance, comfort, various procedures, relaxation and no worries. After a few days, you begin to notice that you are tired of eating the same thing every day. The procedures are more aimed at general health improvement, and their therapeutic effect is not so powerful. For a comfortable stay, Bristol Palace is an excellent choice. If you want competent treatment, go to Imperial, we were there before Bristol and in terms of treatment it is better there.

In terms of comfort, the Bristol Palace will give a head start to many hotels, that's for sure. The obvious advantages are excellent renovation, delicious food, and the choice of dishes allows you to combine them so that you don’t get bored. The balneological center in Bristol is a whole story. Firstly, it was very confusing, I started to figure out where everything was about five days later. Secondly, procedures can be scattered so that you wander from one office to another for 10 minutes. But there’s nothing you can do about it, that’s how the buildings are built.

The most comfortable hotel is Bristol Palace. The Royal Villa is smaller and there are fewer people there, therefore it is quieter. Among the procedures, I highly recommend pearl baths; massages are also good. Gas injections are effective, they relieve pain very effectively, but they are painful. Be sure to go to the pool, I guarantee you will enjoy it.

If you want to treat not only your stomach, then Bristol is a very good choice in this regard. If you come solely to drink water, it is better to choose a cheaper option.

I really enjoyed my stay in Bristol. We stayed in a very beautiful, cozy and well furnished room. The maids carried out cleaning every day, and always in our absence. The linen was changed regularly and never stale. The procedures were always carried out exactly at the appointed time. We always managed to complete the procedures before lunch. So there was a lot of time left for rest and walks.
