The best hotel! Pros - GREAT PRICE, ATTENTIVE, HELPFUL STAFF!. I am outraged by people who pay little and want to get a lot. Just look at our prices in Russia and the rudeness. My husband is recommended to visit Karlovy Vary twice a year. And we have already been to many sanatoriums and have something to compare with. But in more than one sanatorium the director did not speak to us with attention and a desire to help. Thank you for the excellent work with the vacationers. All Yana, Joseph, Zdena. I come to Karlovy Vary every year - I lived in Colonade, Dvořák and Ulrike. And for 2 years in a row I have been going to Eliška. No other sanatorium treated me like the one in Eliška. The staff is very attentive and responsive. Any issue was resolved. I talked with people who came many times, only to Eliška. I am grateful to everyone!!! who works in this hotel. Especially, the director Olga Viktorovna, Zden, Joseph, Yana. Svetlana is very wonderful and always ready to help. Dear employees, Eliški wishes you all the best. And don’t pay attention to the bad reviews. You don’t deserve it. WE LOVE YOU AND WISH YOU PROSPERITY!

I stayed at the Eliska Hotel in September-October 2019. Checked in within 30 minutes, without waiting time according to standards. Polite staff. Very cozy Standard room. The area of the single room turned out to be quite large by European standards - about 20 m2. The room has high-quality furniture, a large-diagonal plasma TV, free Wi-Fi, a bathrobe, slippers, and a hairdryer. Custom menu. I took full board. Very tasty food and nice service in the hotel restaurant. Excellent pastries for breakfast, delicious desserts for lunch and dinner. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the springs in a very beautiful location next to the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul. The hotel has its own balneological center. The hotel manager Olga is a very attentive and friendly lady. The reception staff are also always very attentive and polite. I will come to this hotel again at the first opportunity.

We never thought that it could be bad in Karlovy Vary, in a sanatorium! An incompetent person works at the reception desk. She is rude, unfriendly and does not know how to work with documents and people. The rooms are tired, the hotel is not well maintained, the kitchen is very weak, very monotonous and the food is absolutely not suitable for children. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

Dear Eliška Hotel team! I have already come to you several times with both my husband and my sister. We really like you, especially the old building with high ceilings and cozy rooms. The food is made to order, we really like it, especially that you started introducing softer ingredients into salads: iceberg lettuce instead of cabbage, boiled beets, carrots. The staff is wonderful - helpful, patient and attentive. Sorry, I forgot all the names - my husband had a stroke, so I was delayed in answering and forgot everyone. I remember a very attentive woman at the reception desk, she lives in Germany, and another one who fed us at 2 am (the plane from Dusseldorf to Prague was very late), and even hot food. This woman recently got a job with you. Only one woman at the reception really spoiled the impression, but I think everyone knows her. The young man also very patiently helped us, clueless ones, with the computer. Our children can't stand explanations for long. We are not very keen on treatment, but the procedures we did were excellent, especially the cozy floor for procedures. And there are elevators everywhere, which is important considering the crowd. The location was excellent for us - the main sources are 15-20 minutes away. No matter how lazy you are, take a walk, especially if you drink water in sips, but be sure to move. Thank you very much for the pleasant memories. But we’ll hardly be able to come. Prices are steep. The last time we caught a cheaper price at the checkpoint for almost a month. But thank you again that thanks to you, Karlovy Vary has become for us a city that we remember with warmth.Negatives
Minus one. Application for cleaning bleach. I'm a chemist. Chlorine is one of the most terrible poisons. It is no longer used. For toilets - all sorts of ducklings - there are already disinfectants there. And for floors, many use detergents (but it does not disinfect anything) this is only necessary for very dirty floors, and to disinfect everything, simply add vinegar to the water, or ordinary salt, but more, or lemon powder. The cost of the transfer is quite high and it is not very convenient that we stop at hotels. The hotel's cleaning leaves much to be desired. And you probably need to think about replacing the pillows and mattress.

1. the hotel is in poor condition. The entire facility smells like sewage and is extremely unpleasant. 2. There is no fresh air supply in the bathroom of the hotel room, nor any ventilation. The sink was clogged, the toilet seat was broken, but after several complaints to reception nothing happened, there was no reaction from the staff, which made me and my mother very upset and disappointed. 3. When we went to dinner on the first day, we couldn't believe our eyes, the selection of hot and cold dishes on offer was disappointing across the board, there was simply no choice, but the food that was served to us was inedible Food was not seasoned and had a bland taste, definitely not freshly cooked, but warmed up several times. There was neither fruit nor fruit juice drinks. There were no sweets either, so we had to eat outside the spa hotel several times and often had to go to the store to do some shopping. It almost borders on fraud that this spa hotel has been awarded 4 stars. It is a complete impudence on the part of the owner to offer this hotel to the guests and to charge so much money for it without offering any of the services of a 4-star hotel. We are very disappointed, it wasn't a relaxing experience for us in this hotel! We will never recommend this hotel and we can only advise people against it!!!

The treatment is weak. The doctor came, we saw him on the third day, and the nurse on the fourth. The duration of the procedures is greatly shortened. The reception is unfriendly. Our opinion is a 3 star hotel. I won't recommend it to friends.

The food is tasty, but the offering does not correspond to a 4 star hotel. (e.g. 10 days in the morning only cooked ham and salami as a sausage option). The selection of drinks in the restaurant is also very limited, German television only has ARD and ZDF as well as a sports channel. The organization of the applications is sometimes a bit disorganized. However, the employees there try very hard to compensate for breakdowns. Overall, I don't think 4 stars are justified.

A very pleasant place to relax. The location is simply wonderful. Neighborhood with an Orthodox church. Quiet place without crowds of tourists. The sanatorium has a chamber, almost homely atmosphere. Food, treatment, staff attitude - everything is wonderful. We had a great time.

First time in the Czech Republic. We chose Karlovy Vary. We were not mistaken. An excellent resort for a holiday. Excellent location of the hotel for those who love nature outside the window, and not a party.Negatives
Didn't meet the transfer. But it turned out that getting to the city is not difficult. If you know the location of the hotel, it is better and cheaper to get there yourself upon arrival. Getting back to the airport is also easy, but when using public transport you need to carefully check the bus schedule.
