Only the treatments were very poor and nothing could be exchanged. It was offered to go to Prague, if you drove you didn't get any compensation for treatments. That was a shame and the lady at reception needs to be a little friendly 😅

Dinners at the hotel left much to be desired. The food was lukewarm. The side dishes were often without any sauce. And good ingredients can be poorly prepared. The buffet very often quickly ran out of food and was no longer replenished. In general, anyone who didn’t have time was late! For a four-star hotel this is a big discrepancy.

They didn't clean the room, meaning when we were in the room she dusted and smeared the floor in the bathroom with a rag; when we weren't there she just taught Mühl. The light above the mirror didn't work after several requests and after 6 days it finally worked. The receptionist at the front desk, Christina, was unfriendly. When checking out we asked for an invoice for the treatments we received. The bill wasn't truthful, because we only got part of what it listed - an employee told us the first few days that we were entitled to massages, after all we pay for it, after asking Chrsitina we got the answer 30 euros and that for 10 mins! I don't think that's right for 2 massages for 10 minutes, but they were charged for 4 massages! Then the bill listed applications that you didn't get and charged for a final examination that didn't take place! And you also asked for 10 euros for the bill. Unfortunately we only checked the bill on the way home. I think it's a shame that you make profit at the expense of people!!!!

Unfortunately, the sanatorium description of the room category we selected did not match the small room provided to us. Even the shower, sink and toilet bowl are too narrow so that free movement in the room was not possible. Physical contact with the wall was unavoidable in the toilet. We missed exercise and entertainment options in the hotel.

My room on the 3rd floor wasn't even cleaned, especially not the bathroom! However, things must have been different on the other floors. It probably came down to the cleaning crew. The biggest drawback is that none of the staff speaks German! Beds that are way too hard!

Firstly, I was initially placed in a single room, although... I had a reservation for two people. After some clarification, they transferred me to a local room. The room turned out to be a dovecote. To look out the window, you had to use a ladder or a chair. After another objection, they presented a normal room. There is no such thing as treatment. They write out all the procedures. The same procedure is no more than 2-3 times, which does not provide any benefit. Not all procedures are needed, but just the right ones. The food is very mediocre. Before the pandemic, I vacationed in Bristol several times, Teresa, nothing. comparisons. Due to this, there was a problem with water. I had to book another sanatorium. I chose Colonnade and I really regret it.

The water in the pool is cool, many people have colds, and there is little room for gymnastics in the water. In the restaurant, seats are not assigned to residents, there were conflicts, the soups leave much to be desired.
