From the springs to the hotel you need to walk uphill (3 cuts per day), plus there is no elevator. Therefore, if physical activity is not suitable for you, it is better not to consider this hotel. The treatment is modest. A small list of procedures provided (there are more on the website, but in reality there are 3 times less). Lack of a qualified doctor. At your first meeting with the doctor, they will take your blood pressure and ask “what are you sick with?” All patients are prescribed the same sources (although each has their own problems). I was prescribed lymphatic drainage, which is prohibited for women during menstruation, and the doctor did not warn me about it. The treatment is superficial and absent as such (I previously vacationed in two other sanatoriums in Karlovy Vary and have something to compare with). Meals were breakfast/dinner. For dinner they offer you 2 dishes to choose from: pasta and, as a rule, fish. However, fish and vegetables (side dish) are semi-finished products

The Panorama Spa Hotel has excellent staff, always friendly and ready to solve any problems. Medical procedures are the same as everywhere else, although on the electrical procedures floor everything is somewhat shabby. I was glad that we could order food to our room (coming back late from an excursion, dinner was waiting for us, carefully packed in foil). The hotel has a beautiful courtyard - a very beautiful lawn, sun loungers on the grass - you can sunbathe or just lie down and read in the evening. If it's cool, you can take a blanket. The air is simply magical. Gorgeous view of the city from the window. Silence and birds singing in the morning. Very tasty and varied breakfast. I needed a strict diet - the chef accommodated me and cooked individually (with my illness this is very important). In general, we were satisfied with our vacation - good price-quality ratio.Negatives
Unlike breakfast, lunches (we didn’t take dinner) are not as tasty and varied; I would like to add a selection of salads and fruits. The location of the sanatorium is on the mountain (steep climb). This will probably be difficult for some. But after a few days you get used to it - it’s just great cardio training.

An incredibly economical hotel, little choice of food as well as drinks. Little attention from the personal details, 4 treatments less than what was stated in the booking confirmation, instead of 20 everyone got 16. And when you asked the staff about the topic, the answer was arrogantly saying "we're sorry" from the system on the site where you made the booking It was an old version and it hasn't been updated yet. If you don't talk to the staff about the issue straight away, they'll make excuses and nothing will be done. 4 stars for the hotel a bit too risky, 2 to max. 3 stars. PS: If you arrive with your car, you should reserve a parking space a few days in advance, there are only 5 parking spaces available.

The food is of high quality, but not varied enough, a very limited choice of dishes, one and a half apples and one and a half oranges on a platter for all vacationers. The tablecloth was not changed even once in 21 days. I was on vacation in 2015, there was a varied and plentiful choice of dishes, the overall rating of the food was poor - this is the general opinion of vacationers.

Compared to 2017, the quality of service and food has worsened, namely: the food became monotonous, expired yoghurts were repeatedly served for breakfast even after a remark was made, and for lunch there were always salads with spoiled cucumbers. There are large numbers of ants running around the tables where the tea utensils and the first course are located. The floor periodically smelled of tobacco, and there were cobwebs hanging on the stairwells. At the reception, upon check-in, they deceive you with the number of prescribed procedures; they give you less than the doctor prescribed. When asked to count the number of procedures, they react rudely. The employees have a negligent attitude towards carrying out procedures. The treatment base became very scarce and the time for procedures was reduced. We do not recommend the hotel.

The hotel is actually located on a steep mountain slope.. It is seriously difficult to go down for water, and with difficulty to climb for treatment and rest. More than a year ago the owner of the hotel changed. The food has become meager and tasteless. Every day there is chicken and potatoes on the menu, there is practically no choice.

The treatment is not bad, but hygiene during the procedures leaves much to be desired. On our arrival, the hotel was full and the staff was not quite coping, especially in the hospital. There was no safe in the room, although other rooms had one. In 2 weeks this issue has not been resolved. Poor selection of TV channels.

It’s not a negative, but simply not for everyone, the hotel is located on a mountain and for young and athletic people, 15 or even 10 minutes and you are down one of the paths. The view from the rooms is simply fabulous. But if you are an elderly person and it is difficult for you to walk, and especially to climb up, then this is not for you. The climb is steep and older people simply won’t be able to do it.

We really liked everything. And the work of the staff, and the treatment, and the location of the hotel, the food is excellent, and most importantly, sufficient. The hotel is located not far from the colonnades, one might say, not far from the center of Karlovy Vary. The hotel itself is not big, clean, cozy, nothing extra, there is parking for cars. The staff is very friendly. In general, we were very pleased. Once again, many thanks to everyone for their work. If we have to go on vacation to Karlovy Vary again, we will choose only this hotel

The hotel does not correspond to the 4 star level, especially the quality of food. This is not to say that the cook is a bad cook - sometimes it was delicious. Apparently, management introduced a regime of savings on products. There is no pool, no water supplied from the source. Very high rise - I do not recommend it for sedentary and elderly people.
