The sanatorium is small, cozy and homely warm. The staff is open, friendly, responds immediately to requests, and all this is easy and with a smile. Cleaning and change of towels daily. It is located on a mountain, but many picturesque paths allow you to choose a convenient path to the colonnade. We walked to the Geyser in 5 minutes, and back leisurely in 10 minutes. Many thanks to all the staff of the sanatorium for a good rest, positive charge and treatment. We remember with great warmth the vacation we had and everyone who provided it, we hope to see you again in a year.

There was only one examination by a doctor, and that was simply in the form of a survey. The doctor didn’t even measure my blood pressure, not to mention the necessary initial medical examination. This surprised and even amazed us. And not just us. We have been vacationing in Karlovy Vary for several years now; we have never had such an “inspection” in any sanatorium. They prescribed few procedures, much less than we paid for the voucher. We went extra and begged. The doctor is young and inexperienced. The food for the first week was good. But in the second week, it was as if the chef had changed. The menu became monotonous and the dishes were not served in accordance with what was stated on the menu, for example, the menu says “trout fillet with herbs”, but they served dry bony tail in red spices. There were more bones than the fish itself. The side dish is always dry. Upon arrival, we immediately changed dinner for lunch and were forced to pay an additional 2 euros for each lunch, as they explained to us, for soup and pie. The soup is water with butter and carrots. We always change dinner for lunch, and nowhere, in any sanatorium, have we ever paid extra. Во время отдыха Вы не жаловались на еду и не делали замечаний в ресторане. Если Вы пожаловались, мы могли бы вовремя отреагировали. Также Вы просили процедуры только до обеда, только в будние дни, потому что активно ездили на экскурсии. Мы назначили процедуры исходя из вашего графика отдыха, что было довольно непросто, ведь обычно мы равномерно распределяем процедуры нашим гостям. Наш главный врач был в отпуске, его заменял другой врач, но жалоб никаких не было, и она каждый день с 9.00 до 12.00 принимала всех пациентов, у кого возникали вопросы или проблемы. Cozy "home" hotel. Responsive staff, all emerging issues are resolved quickly. Nurses Larisa, Monika, and massage therapist Yuri are highly professional and always go out of their way to accommodate vacationers. Good cuisine, perfectly prepared delicious dishes. A beautiful courtyard, so nice to sit with a cup of tea, admiring the view of Karlovy Vary from above. For older people, it can be a long walk down to the water sources and especially uphill back up the mountain. But you can travel this route by bus, the stop of which is located next to the hotel. We enjoyed walking there and back, great exercise. I enjoyed my stay and treatment at Panorama. Thanks to the staff! We will most likely choose this hotel on our next visit to Karlovy Vary.Negatives

Rest at the hotel is calm and quiet. The staff is polite. The massage therapist does a very good job. We've been to 3 different hotels in Karlovy Vary over 3 years, they don't offer a massage like this - it's simply amazing. 2 nurses perform the remaining procedures just as well, for which I thank them very much. An appointment with a doctor is just an interview and nothing more. I would like there to be more drinks and fruits in the evening at dinner, juices. Otherwise, only tea and that’s one option. The food is varied and deliciously prepared. Don't be afraid that Panorama is not in the center. We bought a pass for a week. costs 220 CZK, it applies not only to buses, but you can also climb Diana twice. From Panorama the bus stop is 10-20 meters away, to the center and the springs there are 2,13,8,7,18. Enjoy it for your health!

We rested at the sanatorium in September 2016. We had great fun! The sanatorium is small and therefore very cozy. Wonderful staff attitude! Thank you for your help in organizational matters - Elena, Dmitry and all the administrators! And, of course, the medical staff - doctor Anna, massage therapist Yuri, nurses Larisa and Monica. All procedures were carried out professionally and on time. Very tasty food, especially breakfast! Cleanliness of the rooms. Water sources are located 5 minutes (descent) and 10 minutes (ascent) from the sanatorium. This should be taken into account by those who want to strictly adhere to the regimen of taking Karlovy Vary medicinal water. That is, you won’t have to be lazy, but use this opportunity to walk as an additional therapeutic procedure.

The room was not vacuumed every day. I think that if I had voiced this, they would have taken it into account. But I didn't voice it. The steps are quite steep and there is no elevator. Not everyone will be comfortable. And of course, the lack of normal coffee for breakfast. What they pass off as coffee is absolutely terrible. What we brought with us didn’t help much, since the hot water at breakfast was not very hot and brewing coffee in a cup was problematic. If you are not a coffee lover, then it is not critical. But the tea was excellent.

Panorama is a decent hotel, from the windows of which you can admire the views of the resort area. The attention and care of the new owners Dmitry and Alexandra is amazing. They are happy to listen and implement all your suggestions and comments. And negatives are hard to find. After high-quality renovation and new professional design, you live in ideal conditions. You go down to the springs in 10 minutes. And the hotel is across the road from the forest, away from the bustle of the center. A big plus is its green, landscaped courtyard, where it is pleasant to eat and relax. By the way, breakfast is a feast for the stomach with an abundance of a variety of hot meat, dairy, flour, dietary dishes and cold appetizers. We will long remember not only the cook, but also the massage therapist Yura, nurses Larisa and Monika, and the beautiful doctor. It’s warm here, like in a friendly family. We recommend taking walking poles with you: they make it easy to walk in the forest, where there are a lot of mushrooms, or climb to the hotel. We plan to meet you in the spring in Panorama.

We rested at the Panorama sanatorium in August 2016. I have the best impressions of my stay in Karlovy Vary. The hotel staff is very welcoming, friendly and attentive. From the first minutes of our stay we felt cared for and at home. The owner of the hotel, Alexandra, is always friendly and radiates positive energy. The administrators, led by Elena, are always clearly and quickly ready to resolve any organizational issues and provide any information. We took part in two excursions: to Prague and to Nuremberg, which the hotel helped us organize. Everything went at the highest level: on time and the prices were lower than other agencies in the city. The rooms were cleaned every day: excellent cleanliness! The view of the city from the room window is amazing! Medical procedures were carried out as prescribed by the doctor, strictly according to schedule and in full (20 procedures in 5 days). For a one-week stay this is even too much. Very pleasant medical staff: Dr. Anna, massage therapist Yuri and Monica - the queen of all balneo procedures. Professional and friendly medical staff, I would especially like to mention Monika and Larisa. Excellent two-room spacious suite. Daily cleaning and towel change. Despite the fact that the room's windows faced the road, this did not cause any inconvenience. The food is tasty, varied, breakfast is a buffet, lunch and dinner can be ordered in advance, but the portions are too large. I regard the location of the sanatorium on a hill as an additional therapeutic factor - descent and ascent three times a day - excellent fitness. A separate positive factor is the personality of the owner of the sanatorium, Alexandra, who wholeheartedly cares for her brainchild and strives to create a good homely atmosphere in the sanatorium.Negatives
Not negative, but rather wishes for improving the work of the sanatorium: 1. Install a coffee machine. At the moment, the quality of coffee does not stand up to criticism. 2. Change robes and slippers after at least a week of stay; mud procedures leave marks and look unaesthetic. 3. Plan the schedule of procedures more evenly so that there are no 6 on one day and only 3 on another. and Take into account the intercompatibility of procedures when determining their sequence (thanks again to Monica, she monitored this and rescheduled the procedures herself if their combination was undesirable ). 4. Carry out treatment procedures on Saturday to relieve other days. 5. Make badges for employees with names and positions to simplify communication. Before going to the resort, I specifically looked at sanatoriums located not within walking distance from the springs, but further away, higher up, because I wanted to move more, stretch out the pleasure of the walk, admiring the views of the resort area. Of course, I was also interested in the combination of choice of spa services, full board and convenient price. Therefore, the Panorama Hotel was the perfect choice. The package of services included 40 procedures for 2 weeks. The doctor - Elena Safarikova - is very competent. In general, the service in this hotel is at a very good level - attentive, caring, always helpful. There are 2 teams working in the restaurant in shifts, they cook conscientiously, the food is varied and homemade. I liked the waitress Yarka. It was a surprise that the sauna was included in the category of procedures, and not just for the services of visitors. For those who want to stay in a hotel, I do not advise you to take rooms on the street side - there is heavy traffic there, from early morning until late evening, there are regular buses, which, on the one hand, is very convenient for older people, but noisy if you open the windows. I would like the hotel owners to also think about a fitness center, there is one on the top floor, but it is not working, the premises are used for other business needs.
