For dinner every day, a piece of dry porridge with such a piece of meat or fish that you can’t even see the rubbery cabbage salad on the plate. And this is for two weeks. Yes, there is something for tea only for breakfast (pie and croissants from the supermarket, which not everyone gets either!) Maybe the owner of the sanatorium just changed and that’s why the food became so bad! I definitely won’t go to this sanatorium again, and I don’t recommend it to others. Quality of accommodation - why the rating is "bad": Dear Sirs, the reservation number -121603619 assumed accommodation of 2 people in a double room with a view of the city. I, Irina Afanasyeva, arrived at the hotel after a 2-hour flight delay and 2-hour standing in line at passport control in Prague on April 7 at about 1 am. We managed to enter the hotel after 15 minutes of ringing and knocking on the door - in fact, it was already so late that they were not expecting anyone. I arrived alone and did not have your booking confirmation with specific conditions. They put me in room 27 (overlooking the road), I was so tired that I was glad to get to the shower and bed. However, the next night I practically did not sleep, listening to the sounds of passing cars until 1 am and at 5:48 am I was awakened by the sounds of the first cars. I went down to the reception and asked KSENIYA to change the room, knowing that my husband could not book a room with a view of the road. At first I was categorically refused, citing the hotel's full capacity. I asked to connect me with the manager, said that I would write about everything... and suddenly, having returned after the procedures, they offered me to immediately move to a room on my own floor, to room 22. WONDERFUL ROOM WITH A VIEW OF THE CITY!!! And the mood is already ruined... I also contacted the reception (to Ksenia) with a question that my husband would arrive later, could I use some of the procedures included in the paid package for him before his arrival... I was DENIED. By the way, about the free excursion to Prague included in the package of services: there was NO INFORMATION at the reception! And, of course, I haven’t visited Prague... Directly from the window you can see the Diana observation deck, the Grand Hotel Pup and other beautiful buildings. The most beautiful photos can be taken on the way to the hotel along the hiking trail, which is not entirely steep, even your legs don’t get tired, even though the hotel is located on a mountain. Everything in the hotel is family-like, very cozy, you are treated like family. We took 3 meals a day. I think it's quite. The portions are large, but the food is monotonous (but this is not a minus). You won’t go hungry. For breakfast there is a very large selection of products (porridge, yogurt, sausages, pancakes, etc.). Lunch and dinner with a choice of two courses. The treatment is not bad. For dinner for 2 weeks, cabbage salad and a meager main course. The treatment department is old. There is no hairdryer at the reception; the one in the room overheats and you have to wait 15 minutes for it to cool down. Drying your hair becomes a nightmare. The dressing gowns are rags, full of holes. There are no slippers, if you want, buy them for 170 CZK. Savings on everything. The staff tries their best, but alas. This is not 4 stars or even 3.
