We were on vacation with a group of 6 colleagues - we got everything we could wish for. Excellent accommodation in 2 rooms overlooking the colonnade, the third room was provided on two levels at no additional charge. The staff is customer-oriented, all issues were resolved quickly to our satisfaction. The treatment had a wonderful effect, we’re all just flying!)) The fact that the hotel is located on a hill gave us the necessary physical activity and vigor, plus an excellent view from the window. The food was excellent, we were very pleased. We were accommodated upon arrival; we didn’t have to wait for check-in at 2 p.m. The room is large, convenient, comfortable, beautiful view of the city from the windows (two windows). If you don't have time for dinner, they can bring it to your room upon request. The food is cooked deliciously and presented beautifully. The staff is attentive and friendly.Negatives
For breakfast there is a buffet from 8 to 10. If you come at 9, then some dishes have already run out. Dinner starts early from 17-19. For dinner, the portions are modest (small), but beautifully presented. There is no buffet, the only common dishes are salad, which may not be enough if you don’t arrive by 5 p.m. As for drinks, tea (which can hardly be called tea (cloudy boiling water from a thermos). There is a sense of austerity in food.

According to the doctor’s recommendation, you need to drink water three times a day before consuming food, and it turned out to be quite difficult to climb the steep hill every time with the child, I had to use public transport. It would do well for the massage therapist to learn to be a little more friendly and considerate with the guests of the sanatorium.

Few procedures. In 16 days, only 4 massages. One mud face mask (what is the use of one?), also 4 pearl baths. There are more other procedures. In the bathroom, it would be nice to hang a curtain on the window (probably broken), and you just need to wash the glass curtain (very dirty).

Since dinner is from 17 -19 hours. In the evening, you'd like some hot tea. The hotel owners could put a kettle in the rooms, or at least in the lobby. The hotel is located high up and it is difficult to climb the mountain. I do not recommend it for people with bad legs.

The owner of the hotel is a person of mood, she could learn some tact. The room, so-called “with a view of the road”, actually turned out to be subject to road noise around the clock, this really disturbed our rest, we had to keep the windows closed, and when the windows were open, exhaust came into the room. I have problems with the musculoskeletal system, so going to the springs was not easy for me. The hotel advertisement says that water is delivered to the hotel in the morning, this is already outdated information.

We came to the Panorama Spa Hotel by accident. Even before departure, the hotel we had booked did not accept us and we never regretted that we ended up at the Panorama Hotel. The hotel is small, vacationers are all friends with each other, communicate. The staff is very friendly at the reception, during procedures, and in the restaurant, always with a smile, they will help with any problem. Very good massage (Yura, thank you). Good quality food, everything is high quality, fresh, large portions (thanks to cook Anya and waiter Yana). There is always tea in the morning, at lunch and in the evening. Always chilled water with lemon and mint. Regarding the location: if you are in good health, do not be afraid that you will be on the mountain. Everything is very close to the source, 10.15 min. walking. There is a more flat path, a serpentine road a little further away. I am 67 years old and enjoyed going three times a day. If someone has bad legs, then it will be a little hard, but it’s even nice to walk, especially in the morning.Negatives

The hotel is located really high. The climb is steep and long... And you need to go for water 3 times a day. It was hard even for the well-prepared guests. The first week there was very little food, then it got better. But the store is very close. Maybe everything is more fun in the summer, but there was no delight in the snowy winter. This is not the first time in Vary, there is something to compare with, and the comparison is not in favor of Panorama.

Upon arrival, the room was very clean, which is rare - not a speck of dust, not a blade of grass, the tiles, glass partition, mirror and everything else in the bathroom simply sparkled. Room cleaning was not always pleasant. I would like to note that the young maid was smart and cleaned very conscientiously. The staff is very responsive to any requests, some guests took advantage of this beyond measure. The medical staff, including female interns, were notable for their great patience; some of the guests, frankly speaking, were infuriating with their requests, and not only during procedures. If we compare the price-quality ratio, then the quality exceeds the price, especially in our case, we booked the hotel at a very attractive price.Negatives
In general, there are no downsides. A lot has been written about the hotel's location on a hill, and we were ready for it. I don't know why this came as a surprise to some hotel guests. I can warn you, the climb is very steep, and frankly speaking, it was quite difficult to climb three times a day, despite the fact that there are no health problems, and retirement is still far away. For whom this is important, choose another hotel rather than then harass everyone around you. It’s a pity that when booking there is no option to choose the BB food system so as not to be tied to food. As for the food itself, we were satisfied with everything, despite the fact that the breakfasts were monotonous, but you can always choose what you like. Dinner was brought to our room a couple of times at our request, since we did not have time for it, for which many thanks to the restaurant staff, I think this is not one of their responsibilities. In the second week of our stay, for some reason, there weren’t enough dishes, either at breakfast or at dinner (which are not available to order). I attribute this to the arrival of new visitors who ate excessively and did not leave anything behind (from personal observations of them) and, by the way, were dissatisfied with everything and everyone, constantly complaining. It was a little annoying that at dinner (we chose breakfast and dinner) we had to wait for our dishes, as if they were just starting to be prepared. But the presentation of the dishes was excellent.
