This is not the first time we have vacationed with you. First, we ordered a room with a balcony and of course we didn’t get it. Second, we ordered 3 meals a day, but it turned out it wasn’t there. In the morning, there was a buffet breakfast, almost all the time it was all over. There is no such thing as lunch, only soup and then without meat. For the evening, to order. But the order is a plate with a couple of pieces of meat and some kind of chopped herb, not even seasoned. Thank God there was bread and we can say we ate our fill. In general, this time it was just a deception. The administrator said, but you are going to court for your health, you need to eat healthy food, or eat bread so as not to be hungry, I won’t call that health. You go to procedures without time and wait for a very long time. Two girls work for the entire hotel and do not have time. It’s just that I’ve been to Karlovy Vary in other hotels at the same level, but I haven’t encountered anything like this with food and procedures. We paid a lot of money and work very hard, of course we didn’t expect this. When you go on an excursion, they don’t give you any dry rations, and when you arrive, you get dinner with a couple of pieces of meat, and the last time they didn’t want to heat it up. Understand, it’s not a problem to go eat in a restaurant, but the fact is that at 20.00 in the restaurant near the hotel they don’t serve food, only drinks. So this time we were not happy. The staff and administration need to think that people are not traveling for free and if I order three meals a day, they should correspond to what was ordered and not deceive people

Very good sanatorium. Everything was great, starting from the reception where Olga and Tomas were always happy to help, thanks to them. The cuisine is excellent, everything was homemade and the dietary dishes are delicious! The treatment is good, especially the massage therapist is very correct and does a high-quality massage. Yana is a very friendly and good nurse who will always do everything right. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax in a pleasant homely atmosphere. We rested at the beginning of September in the Pavlov hotel. To say we like it is to say nothing. For 18 years of annual holidays in the resorts of the Czech Republic, Pavlov is one of the best hotels. It all starts with a warm welcome at the Reception. Olga and Tomas will meet you, accommodate you and advise you on inexpensive parking, answer all your questions. You will be accommodated in clean rooms with comfortable beds. We got, despite the fact that we booked the night before (!), two-room apartments. Super! The doctor will explain in detail what procedures are prescribed for what, how to properly observe the drinking regimen. The smiling fairy in the Yana-Solnyshko balneo will always meet you halfway if you need to change something in the schedule of procedures. And how great she makes gas puffs! Josef is, without exaggeration, one of the best massage therapists we have ever met in the Czech Republic. Thank you so much ! Special thanks to Silvio and Lidia, they cook incredibly tasty and varied. Be it meat dishes, pastries or salads. Everything is very delicious! The menu contains dishes for every taste, as well as for vegetarians and those who are on a diet. Fast serving of dishes by friendly waitress Ludmila in the restaurant. My mother and I were at your hotel for the first time, now we will be regular guests, I’m sure! All was good! Cozy rooms, quiet atmosphere, while we were waiting for the procedure, we talked like in the good old days! The guests were from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and even from America! Transit to the sanatorium was carried out from Prague airport via Marianske Lazne. I don’t think this is normal. Pavlova does not have a swimming pool. The procedures do not include lymphatic drainage or mud. In general, there are no exercise machines for physical exercises in the resort area. This is not directed at Pavlov, but, in general, at the resort. In my opinion, this is simply disrespect for vacationers!

We stayed from 06/05-06/18/22 Very hospitable staff. They will tell you everything, show you, give you advice. It’s such a homely atmosphere, we really liked it. My husband believed in water treatment, he didn’t expect that this could happen. There are many hiking trails in the mountains, you can’t take your eyes off the views. The architecture is very beautiful, every house is a work of art. The climate is dry, all the sores after Covid are gone. The medical staff is very pleasant and professional. Instead of the Pavlov sanatorium (without warning), they brought me to the Colonnade sanatorium. I was treated there in 2017 and I didn’t want to get into it, despite its location. The food this time was much worse than before. But the main thing for me was the treatment that I hoped to receive. But, unfortunately, I didn’t receive it. Since the sanatorium did not have underwater massage, hydroxer, whirlpool or even pearl baths.
