We rested and received treatment at the Ruzhe Hotel for the second time, convenient location, close to the springs, friendly and helpful staff, no language barrier for Russian-speaking tourists. We made a reservation with Sanatoriums.com a week before departure, we were pleasantly surprised by the cost and that we could pay upon arrival. We drove on our own and could park the car at the hotel. Some of the procedures were performed at the nearby Malta Hotel, but no inconvenience was felt, since the time of the procedures was perfectly balanced. I would like to highlight the coherence, speed of order processing and information content of the site. Thank you very much for a pleasant vacation.

It is advisable to have a pen or pencil and paper for notes in the room. Regarding treatment: in 14 days and 13 nights I completed three gas injection procedures according to the treatment plan. And most of all I wanted to get them. It helps me. How can this be discussed in advance?

The number of procedures turned out to be less than what was stated at the time of purchase. The presence of a doctor is purely symbolic. Doesn't examine the patient. They don't do any tests, which is the case in other hotels. There is no treatment control, if you are expecting it. And in some hotels they will even give you a doctor’s note about the treatment and tests performed (a small thing, but nice and logical) Oxygen therapy in this hotel is only 20 minutes, they don’t give you vitamin C (take it with you) This hotel does not do procedures on Saturday and Sunday and do not tolerate procedures due to excursions, as they do in some other hotels. In rooms with windows facing the street, it can be noisy from half past five in the morning due to freight and public transport, but you don’t have to go down the hill to the springs. Thermarium is missing. You have to look for a fee in neighboring hotels. In general, there are more good things, the hotel is decent, there are not many people, there is no feeling of a crowd

In general, you can’t help but like a holiday in Karlovy Vary. Clean air, clean water, beautiful scenery. The location of the hotel is in the very center. A beautiful hall decorated with bouquets of roses, antique furniture and paintings. The quality of food is good. There were always vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, and delicious soups. The staff is very polite and cordial. Cleaning the rooms is worth every praise. Every few days the bed was changed, and the towels were changed every day. A free transfer from the airport to Karlovy Vary and a free tourist trip to Prague were provided. Everything was done.Negatives
There were some downsides. The package promised 27 treatment procedures for 14 days. This was important to me. In fact, we were given three fewer procedures and no arguments had any effect on the head nurse. No one expects instant healing in two weeks, but responsibility for commitment is an axiom for a self-respecting hotel. The doctor, apparently, carried over his indifferent attitude towards patients from the former USSR. The same cannot be said about the rest of the medical staff. The procedures were set up in such a way that after the thermal procedures they had to go outside to another building where other procedures took place. There is a road and a bus stop next to the hotel. It didn't bother me, but other guests didn't sleep because of the noise. The pool was really missing. Due to the abundance of people and chlorine, it is better not to go to the public swimming pool, which is located next to the Main Post Office. Food. There was enough of everything, but the breakfasts were the same, like twins, every morning. Sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, buns, scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt. Only the porridge changed (one of two). But, in principle, this is enough. Personally, I missed kefir and cottage cheese. The food was always of excellent quality.

Small, nice, cozy hotel, with parking, convenient location in the center of the resort area with a beautiful view of the mill colonnade... pleasant living conditions... after traveling around the Czech Republic, I wanted to stay in this hotel again... the hotel administrators are polite, friendly, and the lady who was on duty during the day on 04/01/19 and 04/02/19 in the morning (unfortunately we don’t know her name) gave us comprehensive information on the sources and attractions of Karlovy Vary and the Czech Republic, for which we are very grateful to her... if there is an opportunity, we will come again. We really liked everything!!!! The most wonderful holiday experience and treatment! We chose this Spa hotel on the recommendation of friends and did not regret it at all. We had a spacious room that was cleaned every day, wonderful, delicious food in the restaurant, very friendly staff, excellent treatment.
