We had a really great experience staying at the Savoy and will be coming back. The service is really great, the quality and diversity of food is amazing. We loved the doctors and the services at the spa. The operations run really smoothly. Would be great if sauna was open all day. The rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable.

People smoking outside at the main entrance. The smoke penetrates the hallways and even gets in the rooms. We were staying on the first floor and the smoke was in our room. I have multiple allergies and smoke smell is one of them. Suggestion - move the smoking area away from the rooms and maybe up to the roof. Or have the entire building dedicated to smokers. Can not open the windows because people are smoking by the windows as well. This is the only thing that we would note.

If real treatment is needed, then a sanatorium is much preferable to a spa hotel. From the quality of procedures to the level of medical service, the sanitarium gives odds to a spa hotel. There are a lot of positive things that can be said about the SAVOY Westend facility. Consisting of 5 independent buildings connected by cascades of stairs and elevators, the sanatorium has an ideal location. Not far and not close to visit the springs. Convenient for exercise and short for walking in bad weather. A very successful route through the -1st floor and garage with the help of an elevator involves exiting to Sadovaya Street. The hotel is equipped and furnished in the Czech Baroque style at the 5-star level. Light, cozy and high quality. Meals - buffet without restrictions. Convenient restaurant hours and a great selection of dishes and snacks for every taste. Not every restaurant can boast of such a level of preparation and variety. Dr. Andreeva does not have the usual formality of resort doctors. Everything is at an excellent level. Data collection, appointments, recommendations. The procedures are written intelligently, the list of procedures is extensive. For a fee you can get effective procedures (for example, underwater spinal traction) that cannot be found anywhere else in KV. The procedure schedule is convenient.
