I was completely delighted with the choice of a travel agency, which I accidentally found on the Internet, as well as with the choice of a hotel that has a full range of treatments, spa services, and excellent service. Thanks to the travel agency sanatorium.com for the transfer services provided. At first I was skeptical, since the transfer from Prague Airport to Karlovy Vary is free, but I was greeted with a sign, the driver helped with my luggage and in just 1.5 hours I found myself in a wonderful town. The return transfer was overnight (I left at 4:50 am) and again it was at the highest level, and for only 29 €! The hotel is beautifully and comfortably furnished. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. The food was always plentiful and very tasty, not a one-size-fits-all meal despite being a buffet. The spa and wellness area is run impeccably and the treatments are varied and well carried out.
