Our room was spotlessly clean and spacious, we took advantage of their pillow menu and had a very restful night's sleep. we had the best view from the balcony - the Church of Saints Peter and Paul. Coffee machine in the room. We recommend it to everyone!

I used the services of Sanatoriums for the second time and was very pleased! As for service, you can always call or write and get an answer or help. (excursions, transfer to the hotel and back) Everything is great!!! We booked our favorite hotel, Savoy Western Karlovy Vary, which we have been to more than once. We stayed at Savoy for a fortnight with full board and treatment. The standard was Okay in our room superior as we got on place by upgrading our ordered standard room. The room was cleaned twice a day and always fresh bed clothings. Nothing to complain about there. Treatment is good and all staff are nice and friendly. The pool is one of the best in Karlovy Vary with its 25 meters. The food is rich and the chef is competent. You have all possibilities to eat healthy and sound. Just across the street starts nice forrest paths for daily walks and you are at the same time close to the drinking cures.Negatives

The negative concerns the booking through the website /sanatoriums.com/ of the hotel and transfer. 1) I booked a 2-room room, but upon arrival it turned out that the room was 1-room. The hotel provided the required room for an extra charge of 2000E. 2) The return transfer to Prague is terrible: we were given a car with a faulty air conditioner. We almost suffocated and had heart problems from the heat. I had to stop. Upon arrival at the airport, I didn’t want to pay for this torture, I asked to contact management, but the dispatcher said that I shouldn’t have gone straight away, but the driver assured me that the air conditioning was working. 100 E and down the drain treatment in a wonderful hotel.
