Very friendly and helpful staff. All requests and wishes were fulfilled instantly. Very nice pool. We visited almost every day. There are a lot of offers for cosmetic procedures. It's great that all treatments are on one floor. It is very comfortable. Considering how we ran from floor to floor in other sanatoriums, here we simply enjoyed the procedures. I really liked the days of Czech cuisine for dinner on Thursdays. It was nice when the restaurant staff solemnly congratulated the guests on their birthdays at dinner. A little monotonous food. Few fresh vegetables. There were sometimes stale fruits (apricots) on the table. For some unknown reason, some guests were served individual dishes for lunch and dinner that were not on the common table.
