We stayed in this hotel for the second time. Compared to last year, service, treatment and food have become even better! Very friendly and helpful staff! Everywhere is clean and comfortable. Good treatments, great pool. Many thanks to the restaurant staff for the varied, high-quality food and service. We attended a hotel celebration; a gala dinner was organized in the restaurant; the hotel director himself met us at the entrance and handed everyone small gifts and champagne. It was very nice! The clinic staff is very formal, paid replacement of procedure time, the restaurant closes early (officially until 21.00, but already at 20.00 there is nothing on the buffet - relevant if returning late from an excursion), there is no kettle in the rooms (renting a kettle is 5 € per day), The safe in the room was broken, and the “ironing of shirts” service took a very long time (4 days).

The medical staff are very unfriendly and rude when performing procedures - they cast sidelong glances at people and are rude!! And when I was taking oxygen therapy and entered the office, I saw that the mask was lying on the floor and asked the question - WHY on the floor and then they gave it to me - the nurse replied - why are you indignant - the floors are clean here!! My 14-year-old girl also constantly observed rudeness from nurses! They are tired, let them not spoil people’s mood for our money, but sit and relax at home. I am not the most advanced sanatorium expert, so this is just a personal opinion - this sanatorium will be very useful for those who have problems with their knees, backs, and joints. Although this is not the main profile - gas injections, lymphatic drainage, excellent massage - the male massage therapist does it simply brilliantly! At the end of my stay, nothing hurt me anymore! They gave me a spacious double room with a sofa - although I booked a single room and I didn’t pay anything extra. Very tasty food - the buffet is varied and in two weeks I still haven’t tried everything.Negatives

Since we have done such procedures before and know that the procedure is not very pleasant, I was surprised that in this sanatorium such procedures are not performed very professionally. Very quickly, it turns out very painful. Skin on the body after the procedure of puncturing with a syringe. As a result, everyone left with bruises on their backs, knees and arms.

We stayed at the Regent Hotel - I can say with confidence that it is the best in Vary. We compared, asked, and were convinced. Firstly, the food has a wide variety of dishes and is very tasty. Treatment / super! The staff is caring, there are many different effective procedures. all equipment is new. By the way, the sauna pool (3 saunas plus ice) is free for everyone - and there are hotels where going there is already like a procedure!! The room cleaning is good and the rooms are generally spacious and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom is changed daily - shampoos, towels. The hotel is close to the springs and to the resort center itself. People come to Regent 6-9 times already - this indicates a high level of service and treatment. I recommend it to everyone! When we were choosing a sanatorium on the Internet, there was a lot of worry - what if something else happens. The atmosphere cannot be conveyed from a picture - but here they got it right! The food is super, the treatment is at the level, the staff is caring - they remember your names and even what you told them)) they are ready to help with everything. We walked around the city - compared other hotels - ours is the best) close to the colonnade (and in the morning when going for water it’s so important!). And the locals themselves also praise him.
