This relatively new and modern hotel is located very close to the colonnade, almost in the center of Karlovy Vary, very convenient, literally across the street from 15 and 12 springs. Spacious and perfectly clean rooms, good quality of service, friendly spa staff, nurse Petra is simply wonderful. The procedures are carried out efficiently and on time. We took 3 meals a day, the food was normal, varied, quite a large selection of dishes and drinks. Regulars of this hotel noted a decrease in the level of food and a reduction in choice, but it was just right for us, since we came to lose a couple of kilos and not gain, baked apples for breakfast were especially tasty. Overall, we had a great rest and improved our health. We will definitely return to St. Joseph Royal Regent.Negatives

My daughter and I spent one week at a hotel. As soon as we crossed the threshold of the hotel, the rest began. Despite the fact that it was Sunday, Easter and 17:00 in the evening, the doctor Tatyana received us very politely and attentively. Nurse Olga, with special diligence, drew up a plan of procedures taking into account our wishes. The kitchen/restaurant left no wishes at all. Everything is to our taste, a variety of vegetables in different versions is my weakness. Baked apples are simply a miracle, but it’s impossible to describe everything. Thanks to all the kitchen staff and waiters. Our procedures were wonderful, the replacement was also done without any problems. All honey the staff is polite and diligent. The Superior room is large, bright and clean. Thanks to the cleaning girls, they are trying very hard. The swimming pool, saunas, and jacuzzi were visited every day. In general, I really liked everything. We will definitely come to you again. We took advantage of the offered transfer. Here the opinion is twofold: it all depends on the driver. Nikolai was driving us home, an excellent professional, the man speaks Russian with humor - this is very important on a long road. Helped carry the suitcases. I stopped often and without any problems announced immediately how we were going where when, etc. I really wish there were more drivers like this. There were no such things in the hotel. But during the transfer, the road there was unpleasant and difficult. The driver was either angry or in a bad mood, and it’s not even that he spoke Russian very poorly and didn’t speak German at all. He didn’t even think about picking up his suitcases, and he also stopped with a dissatisfied face. The route I chose was by no means optimal, through mountains, villages, and a turn at a turn. It was a long drive; it would have been faster if we had taken the highway. The entire bus, which is designed for 8 passengers, was full, I was another woman sitting in front next to the driver, it was very crowded. We grew together like Siamese twins in 4.5 hours. I would like, as before, to write in advance how we will go so that we know how to get ready.

There were 2 weeks. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the colonnade, almost in the center of Karlovy Vary, very convenient. High quality service, staff are friendly, responsive and caring. From the window you can only see the walls of another building; for me personally, the mattress was hard. In principle, if you don’t strain, you can survive all this.

This is our third time at this hotel. The hotel is very beautiful and cozy, located close to the springs. Therapeutic procedures are flawless. There is everything, massage, any baths, mud, gas injections and many others. We really enjoyed the reflex massage. The food, as always, is delicious and beautifully presented. The bed linen is simply magnificent, snow-white and very pleasant. The staff is always polite, cleaning every day. There are three saunas and a swimming pool.Negatives

We liked everything very much, excellent hotel, friendly and attentive staff. The food is high quality, varied, for all tastes. There was a problem with the heating in the room, after we contacted them, everything was fixed right away. Additionally, we asked for a softer mattress and blankets, all of which were provided without further ado. The robe and slippers were chosen to fit. Very cozy and large room, everything was clean, cleaned every day, towels were also changed at our request every day. Bed linen was changed after 3 days. At Christmas we gave everyone small gifts, which was very nice. Next time we will go to the same hotel. I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it. The price of the tour included transfer to the hotel, picked up directly from home. You have to pay extra for the return.Negatives

Smoking is prohibited in the house. Unfortunately, this is not taken into account by undisciplined guests. Recommendation: Smoking on balconies and windows should also not be tolerated. It obviously tempts you to smoke in the room too. You don't see any smoking guests in the house. But you can smell them.

My husband and I were very pleased with literally everything. We were received by Dr. Tatyana. A very attentive and highly qualified doctor who suggested which procedures to take and which ones it is better not to use due to health conditions. The women working on the procedures are attentive and friendly! The cleaning staff and waiters in the restaurant are also excellent. And food for all tastes and diets. I have had a big problem with my stomach for a long time and was very afraid of how restaurant food would affect it. But there was such a choice - porridge, boiled vegetables, meat products, dairy products - that no problems arose. Low bow to the chef and kitchen staff. I hesitated for a long time and chose a hotel. After checking several sites, I was convinced that St. Joseph royal regent has good reviews everywhere and, despite the fact that there was nothing written about parking, I booked this hotel. I have never regretted it. I left the car in the city parking lot (40 euros per week, underground parking with the ability to enter and leave many times throughout the week, cameras and security guard 24 hours a day), 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Although later, already at the hotel, I found out that the hotel also has parking (not three spaces, as it is written everywhere - but many spaces), payment is daily. I had a lot of procedures and it was my first time in Karlovy Vary, so I wouldn’t need a car anyway. a huge plus is the friendly staff and all procedures on the same floor. There are many different procedures, not all are included with the basic treatment package when booking, but for an (acceptable, in my opinion) price you can additionally take, for example, lymphatic drainage sessions or hyperbaric chambers. I had full meals - but breakfast and dinner would also be enough. The food is good and varied. Many thanks to all the service staff for their work during this time of pandemic and masks - their patience, kindness and willingness to help. The entire staff speaks several languages, which is also an incredible plus. 5-10 minutes to the springs, go out - and you are in the center. There are sun loungers outside on the top floor, in the same place as the pool and saunas (great saunas!), so you can also sunbathe between all your activities. for a birthday in the evening they bring out a cake with fireworks, also all the surprises organized by the family from afar were a 100% success with the full cooperation of the staff. On my next visit to Karlovy Vary I will not even look at other hotels - only at st.joseph.Negatives

There is no airconditioner - but they provide fans instantly as soon as you ask. the robe was not large enough in size - they immediately brought a larger one, and not even on my initiative, but the doctor advised me to ask (I thought XL was the largest and with my extra weight I had already learned to adapt everywhere) it was a bit hard to sleep - you can ask at the reception for an additional pillow and extra mattress. in general, there are no shortcomings as such. On my next visit to Karlovy Vary I will not even look at other hotels - only at st.joseph.
