We were here for the first time, an excellent spa pool with many underwater massages. I liked the location of the hotel and was lucky with the weather.

The food was disgusting and the service in the restaurant was not up to par. This year we changed sanatoriums, stayed at Balnea Esplanada and did not regret it. The food is better, I can’t say it’s excellent, but quite satisfactory. Nice pool.

A huge disadvantage of the sanatorium is the food issues. Let me make a reservation right away that my husband and I are not gourmets and eat little. BUT, the times of “what we give is what we eat” are completely inapplicable for a 4* hotel. Upon arrival, we were assigned to the Season restaurant, where we had breakfast and dinner. Lunch was at the Galla restaurant. Believe me, you don't have to be a "pro" here to see that what was left uneaten at lunch at Galla was placed on the table at Season at dinner. In addition, often the cheese and sausage were dried out, some kind of porridge lay in trays and dried into lumps, instead of being in a closed container. I would especially like to note the lack of drinks (except water) for lunch and dinner. This is the first time we have encountered such an approach in sanatoriums (this is the practice of hotels, drinks for a fee, but only at dinner), and there are no kettles in the rooms. This is a serious minus. Separately about the range of dishes. It is minimal in quantity and repeated every other day. No one prepares egg dishes in front of you; the fried eggs always lie cold in the fryer without heating. You don’t have to count on desserts at all. There is simply NO pastry chef in the sanatorium! Tablecloths at Season were changed very rarely. I also want to note the appearance of many of the waiters. The hair is not well-groomed, it’s easier to say disheveled, the shoes are street and not always clean, the girls do not have stockings. I repeat, I am not a gourmet or a prude, I travel a lot and understand the difference in the 4* category from 3* and below, so, with all due respect to the staff of the sanatorium, for the cuisine and service in it I would give something between 3 and 2 *. I expressed all these impressions to the hotel's food manager, after which we were transferred to another restaurant, where it was a little better, although we were assured that the kitchen in the sanatorium was shared. Gentlemen, you asked for detailed impressions - I give them to you “as is and without delay.” Believe me, the problem of restaurants is in the management, please look into this issue. Now they start at 7 am, just like breakfast, and this means that you have to go for procedures before breakfast or instead of breakfast, because not all procedures are comfortable to take right after a meal.. And at the same time they changed the opening hours of the pool. Previously, you could go to the pool at 7 am, but now the pool is open from 8, and this is also not very convenient.

The room was located like this (2nd floor), music from the Retro bar was heard until two in the morning. In the Gallery dining room, one of the shifts of waiters (for example, worked on January 3, 2019) should learn about the quality of service, at least not to make a mess in the seating of visitors at the tables.
I really liked that everything was thought out to the smallest detail! It was my first time in this sanatorium. The impressions are only positive. Firstly, we were met at the airport. We were transported and there the curator Eva, who spoke Russian, was already waiting for me. It was already evening, she told me everything, gave me a tour, etc. The next day I visited the doctor and started taking a set of procedures. The staff was very friendly.. I liked everything: mud, thermal pools, physiotherapy. Various relaxation zones, natural water, warm, which I drank with pleasure. The atmosphere itself, the stay. no fuss. no queues. Availability of saunas and relaxation areas with them. Food: the cuisine is close to our Russian one. Very decent, no frills (lobsters and foie gras are not served), There was always one type of fish and several types of meat. Various side dishes for every taste. Many types of cheeses, pastries, cakes, etc. fruits.. I recommend.

New Year's Eve was poorly organized. We paid enough money for the New Year. For what? There should be more facilities for people with limited mobility. It is very far from the rooms to the treatment rooms. A wheelchair costs 8€ per day. It's expensive for sick people. The room provided is with a bathtub, not a shower. Not very well thought out.
I liked everything very much, everything was clean, tidy, the staff was very nice. Everyone is smiling and ready to help. Happy, rested people returned. Mom has recovered remarkably well and is already planning to go next year. The most pleasant travel agent Veronica at the hotel helped with organizing trips to Hungary and Austria. We had a wonderful driver, Martin, who took us to all the places we wanted. Thank you very much for everything! PS A swimming pool outside in winter is the wildest thrill.

The food is poor, but this is more likely our habit of unhealthy food, there are advantages to this, we returned with clear skin. The only, in fact, important drawback is that in the thermal pool, which we went to almost every day as prescribed by the doctor, there were constantly scraps of skin. And if in the middle of the day, of course, this cannot be kept under control, since a huge number of people, mostly elderly, pass there, then early in the morning, when I was the first to enter the pool (at 7:00), it was unpleasant to discover stale water.
The vacation combined with the treatment turned out to be excellent!!! Polite, hospitable staff, large selection of treatment procedures, individual approach. I would really like to note the excellent work of the company representative Veronica, she is always ready to help and explain and tell everything in detail, thank you very much to her!
The sanatorium is located in a park, the room is cozy, has everything you need, and a comfortable bed. The treatment is carried out at a good level, there is no queue for procedures.
A good renovated sanatorium, it is clear that the sanatorium complex was built on a Soviet scale, huge halls, gigantic corridors, the medical center was recently renovated, everything is modern, the attitude is good, you can negotiate a time, the town is not bad, but somehow frozen in time. The parks are huge, there are places to walk, and they are clean. But poor thing.

Transfers from the airport to the hotel are well organized, a Russian-speaking guide helps resolve current issues and organizes leisure activities, and is constantly in touch. A professional doctor prescribes a set of procedures and monitors the condition. You can replace procedures if something doesn’t work.

In the Prada treatment there is a slight disappointment from the massages. none. they just stroke it and this is not a massage. . I didn’t even expect that this could happen. although the girls themselves are friendly and respectful, but... the massage is simply no good. and the underwater massage was disappointing.
