This was our second visit to Pištany through your company. Last year we stayed at the Palace. The treatment helped, but we decided to stay at a nicer hotel this year. This year we chose Esplanade and were very pleased with the hotel, treatment, and service. An incredibly beautiful place. Wonderful parks and wildlife. The town is very clean. The people are nice and friendly. Comparing the treatment in Piestany and other resorts, I would say that it is much more serious and thoughtful than at the popular resorts in the Czech Republic. If you really have problems, without a doubt go to Piestany. They will really help there. The doctor takes an informal approach to prescriptions and takes into account your characteristics and diseases. Good logistics procedures. The medical staff is competent and conscientious. Hotel in a park on an island. Healing water and mud. Events are held on weekends. The pool is open from 6 to 21. It is outdoors and large with sun loungers.

The hotel is not worthy of 4 stars. No slippers, ear sticks. Despite the fact that it was cool outside, it was hot in the room if the air conditioning was not working. The food has become better, but monotonous and tasteless. Lunch is generally bad. The fish is only fried and cheaply frozen. Seasonal fruits were completely absent during the season. And in general there are few local products - no carp, rabbit, duck, goose, etc. The treatment got worse. Everyone is looking at their mouths whether you will give a couple of euros or not. But I want to give for a good job and not just like that. Massages are often bad. Only once is good. It is impossible to change the routine of procedures as you wish. And in general, they don’t like those who have everything paid for and want them to come to them with cash. Bottom line. We were there when we were 15. Nutrition has improved slightly, but treatment has worsened.

Контрольным осмотром вы не прошли, значит ни у вашего врача ни на одной рецепции или непосредственно в кабинете процедур вы не предъявили никаких претензии. Нам жалко, что вы были недовольна нашими услугами. Массажистом, особенно новеньким мы будем уделать интенсивное внимание в рамках наших внутренних тренировок.

Having booked a “comfort” room, I was placed in a poor standard (617), which supposedly does not exist in this hotel; after complaints, a day later, they provided me with another room, but the “sediment” remained. The food does not correspond to a 4-star hotel, it is bad, there is no choice at all, everything is not tasty, for some reason there are no drinks during lunch and dinner, they must be purchased for an additional fee, although nothing is said about this on the website. Similar European 4-star resorts are much higher in terms of comfort, but the service here is no more than 3-star.

Спасибо Вам за Ваше проживание в нашем отеле. Разрешите ответить на Вашу рецензию. После приезда Вы получили номер Комфорт на 6-том этаже, это комната 617. На следующий день Вам поменяли номер в 7-ом этаже, который быль тоже категории Комфорт. Оба номера в одинаковой категории, к сожалению, номер 617 без балкона.
Что касается напитков у Вас была возможность купить для себя напиткы в ресторане или в кафе к обеду и ужину в ресторане была возможность напиться воды с лемоном – бесплатно.
В кухни нашего отеля готовят разние блюда для всех гостей, разние сорты мяса, гарнира, соуса, супов, фруктов итд.
Мы очень сожалеем, что мы не выполним ваше ожидание, Мы надеемся, что Вам понравился убор лица и что в будущем времени мы сможем Вас снова приветствовать в нашем отеле,

I visited the sanatorium in April 2018. The weather was pleasant, and this is already a plus... The sanatorium itself is geographically well located; once you cross the bridge, you find yourself in the historical part of the city. The treatment was excellently organized. I was pleasantly surprised by the organizational process itself - no need to wait or stand in lines. You will be given a “runner”, which will indicate at what time and where to go for the entire treatment period. The treatment rooms are modern, designed for each procedure. In this regard - five points. I took two meals a day (breakfast, lunch). This was quite enough. For dinner I took water and vegetables and fruits from the city. I lost 4 kg. - special thanks for this)) The food for 10 days did not become boring. Quite varied and tasty. The procedures and process for their appointment are quite clear and, as necessary, allow for adjustments. The only thing to keep in mind is that replacement between blocks of procedures is not possible. The blocks mean physical education classes (depending on the state of health, this is in water or on land) and basic procedures. But inside these blocks, you go to your doctor at the sanatorium and, if possible, change it. The staff is friendly and responsive. The pool deserves special mention. Cool. That says it all. The only thing is to ask where the sauna is. To my shame, I discovered it on the last day of my stay at the sanatorium. The overall impression of the sanatorium and the treatment is extremely positive

I don’t think that putting 1.5 liters of water in your room every day would be so expensive for a sanatorium. As a last resort, they would include it as a separate option in the invoice. We had to carry water from the city...

In addition to unfriendly communication, there was a sloppy performance of their duties - the amount of dirt was significantly less and the most unpleasant thing was that this employee did not set a timer, as a result of which the procedure, on Michaella’s initiative, was reduced in time by 10 minutes. No claims were accepted at the time of the procedure.

The treatment is organized at the highest level, the treatment center offers many different procedures, everything is perfectly clean and tidy, the procedures are strictly on schedule. The food was quite good, everything was fresh and tasty, we had breakfast and dinner, this turned out to be quite enough, there was music in the bar in the evening, and in general we were satisfied with the rest and treatment. Well, as for Kupelny Island itself - it’s simply beautiful, the park is magnificent, the air is clean! The cleaning of the room in the sanatorium was not very high quality, sometimes they forgot to wash the dishes and change the towels! I was especially surprised at the Gallery restaurant; very often they did not clear the dishes from my table during breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

Didn't like the staff at the reception. They couldn’t raise their ...... to measure my blood pressure, which was going through the roof. They sent me to a doctor who had a long queue. I had to buy my own device so that I would no longer stand with my hand outstretched. And what are these prices for medicines, one tablet to lower blood pressure costs 1 euro. Not a single sanatorium charges any money for emergency diseases.
Treatment, staff, organization, location - everything is wonderful. The food is quite decent, but monotonous. The soups are better than last year, but there is still room for improvement.

As a suggestion, the resort is mostly visited by older people, and for many, a cup of hot tea in the evening is an important part of dinner, and tea is only listed in the additional menu. It would be advisable to offer simple black and green tea in the evening (not that expensive - titanium and sachets), and for an additional fee, please, any exotic drink. By the way, this could simultaneously increase interest in the additional tea menu.
The most important thing is the people, so it should be noted that all the staff deserve the highest rating! Everything is planned so that vacationers are as comfortable as possible.
