Wonderful people, attentive staff, there is always a lot of everything in the canteen and the staff tries to diversify it. There's really a lot of meat for men. I take food calmly, because I choose something dietary and I don’t want to talk too much about this topic. The procedures are good and there are many of them too. Therefore, those who really go for treatment will be happy. Just find out what procedures are available. They don't always say. We only found out 3 days before the end of our stay that the SPA pool is free for Mercur guests. And we accidentally saw paraffin for hands and asked to prescribe it. I definitely recommend it to women. Water of 4 types. Just follow her, walk. What a beautiful country!! Visit the most ancient monasteries. The people are welcoming. And they let in up to 16-17 people (I was so “lucky” on the last day. It’s good that I still went by 7-30 in the morning, the water was still clean. And my sister went by 11-30 o’clock. The water was already muddy. To be honest, it was already unpleasant. And it’s impossible to massage 15-16 people normally in half an hour. 7 minutes maximum. This issue can be regulated somehow. And the guys working there are very good. Also, something needs to be done about the night festivities in Vrnjacka Banja. Until 2-30 nights they play and sing in all the cafes and restaurants. And for some reason they think that a particular cafe or restaurant should outshine another. But the Serbs are loud-mouthed. Therefore, I can’t imagine how older people relax. I tried to put earplugs in my ears, and that didn't help. So we were happy until the opening of the next festival of young performers. We imagine that silence at night will be a short gift

The sanatorium is very bad, they only gave us a refrigerator on the fifth day, there are no electrical outlets, we had to turn something off and turn on the phone charger. The room was pitch dark. The staff doesn't speak Russian. I liked the nature, everything was very nice. The treatment is very bad, even massage is not included in the package of medical services. I will not recommend this resort to anyone. For a two-hour drive to the sanatorium, charging 100 euros is completely out of the question. My plane from St. Petersburg to Belgrade cost 24,000 rubles. I have never had any complaints against you, but now I simply have no words. I hope that the Czech Republic will be opened soon and we will fly there again for treatment. Very low level of treatment measures. In principle, there are none at all. There is something to compare with (Karlovy Vary, Rogaska Slatina, Piestany, even the Igalo Institute (Montenegro)). The level of doctors is lower than that of a paramedic (I am a doctor myself). They take tests without gloves, it feels like the Stone Age. The results of Laboratory Tests were not even all issued (I did not have the result of a urine test). Probably lost. The food in the sanatorium is disgusting: from the presentation to the assortment! We ate on our own. Even in Russia they have already given up semolina porridge for breakfast, but here, despite the leading profile - treatment of metabolic syndrome, diabetes - they continue to feed this unhealthy food. Guests are smoking all around! And this is a sanatorium! As for paid spa treatments - not bad. But we were going specifically for treatment, we could have chosen a hotel of a higher category and just as easily paid for it. Room cleaning is mediocre, very old bathrobes and unwashed towels with stains. I recommend the place itself, as I liked the natural factors, but never this sanatorium!

I was on vacation at the sanatorium in February 2021. I arrived at 10 o’clock and was checked in right away! 30 minutes later I was already at the doctor’s appointment. There is a doctor who speaks Russian. They interviewed me, examined me, sent me to a physiotherapist, prescribed procedures and a drinking course. On the first day I started doing procedures. The procedural framework is large, it is advisable to know the language (English) to communicate with a physiotherapist in order to learn the full range of services. Although if you are only interested in free procedures, then they will be prescribed anyway. If desired, very good treatment can be arranged. There are a lot of people who want to be treated, sometimes we had to wait in line for procedures, but it’s not critical. Everything is streamlined, you have to sit with paraffin on your knees, and not lie under a blanket like in Russia, but for me this was not a problem. I did mud wraps + mineral pool (for a fee), I really liked it. The treatment helped me both for the musculoskeletal system and for the stomach. In terms of food: it’s good, yes, it’s not Turkey or the Dominican Republic, but everything is tasty, varied, and there’s a choice. Regarding the amount of salt in food, yes there is a lot of it, but these are features of the national cuisine, and the lack of professionalism of the cook. You won't go hungry. The location of the hotel is excellent! It's a 10-minute walk from the bus station, so there's no point in taking a taxi. The room was cleaned regularly, there was a balcony with a plastic chair on it, it was pleasant to sit, the weather was excellent, 15-20 degrees Celsius. The pool with thermal water is good and large. There is a sauna and hammam, a jacuzzi area. I went to the pool in the evening, after dinner, there were few people. Free time can only be spent walking or going to a cafe. Cafes are closed on weekends due to the pandemic.
