Салат, поданный на обед, заправляется в соответствии с нашей национальной кухней, и в ситуациях если гостю не приходится по вкусу, это исправляется. Гостю необходимо было указать на это официанту, и он бы приносил салат менее кислый или совсем не заправленный. 2. Во всех наших бассейнах ежедневно проводится химический и бактериологический контроль воды. Анализы проводит Институт общественного здравоохранения Сербии и результаты исследования подтверждают ее качество. Г-дин Егоров посещал бассейн в Аква центре и терапевтический бассейн в рамках физической медицины. Бассейн в Аква центре имеет ежедневные переливы с новыми объемами воды и несколько фильтров для очистки, а также с помощью автоматики измеряется Ph воды и дозировка хлора. В терапевтическом бассейне вода меняется полностью каждый день. Все наши бассейны наполняются минеральной водой, но из-за своих лечебных свойств, то есть минерального состава, она создает визуальное впечатление грязной воды, возможно именно это способствовало такой оценке воды со стороны гостя. 3. Во время проведения процедур стараются соблюдать тишину, но Вы правы, бывают ситуации, когда гости громко разговаривают и рабочим приходится поэтому говорить громче. Спасибо Вам на рекомендации, мы постараемся впредь, чтобы и рабочие и гости были потише, то есть сделать это правилом Меркура. 4. Врнячка Баня расположена у подножия горы Гоч, c лесами под защитой где берут начало многие потоки, парковая зона площадью от 62 га, которая постоянно проветривается воздухом с Гоча, а также Врнячка и Липовачка реки, которые придают дополнительную свежесть. Нет развитой промышленности, преобладающая деятельность туризм с сельским хозяйством, которое в целях туризма, а также защита окружающей среды на первом месте, таким образом воздух исключительного качества. Врнячка Баня представляет собой лечебно-оздоровительную, пространственно-географическую, охотничью, спортивно-рекреационную, культурно-манифестационную дестинацию, а также туристическое место I категории.
