Что касается Вашего замечания по уборке: полотенца по графику меняются 1 раз в 3 дня, либо, если Вы положили их на пол. Так как полотенца были на крючках, горничные их не заменили. All our inconveniences were associated with the “treatment”. The check-in took place on Sunday afternoon, the doctor's appointment was scheduled for Monday 13.15-13.30. Monday disappeared as the day I started taking the procedures. All other procedures were prescribed starting at seven in the morning with almost no break, which called into question the morning intake of water and even breakfast. After a bath in November, run to drink water in old age to the source, which opens at 6.30, and the hotel is located on a slight slope, not the “first line”. This moment upset me the most. The impression was that the medical department wanted to “work through” all the patients in a couple of hours and be free. The desire of patients to take water and have a quiet breakfast is not taken into account. After the second doctor's appointment, this problem was resolved. По Вашему замечанию: суббота и воскресенье - выходные дни в лечебной части, поэтому прием врача был назначен на следующий рабочий день, это обычная практика во всех отелях. Прием был в обед в связи с тем, что в ноябре у нас был на 100% заполнен отель и при такой загрузке приемы идут с 7 утра и иногда до вечера. Однако, КОЛИЧЕСТВО ПРОЦЕДУР у Вас ни в коем случае не пропало, и в оставшиеся дни Вам были предоставлены все процедуры, которые Вы должны были получить за свое количество дней. Что касается времени процедур, оно назначается таким образом, чтобы все гости успели получить назначенные им процедуры в определенный день, при очень большой загрузке. Когда клиента время не устраивает, он может попросить у сестры о переносе времени процедур и если такая возможность будет, клиенту обязательно пойдут навстречу. Compared to another hotel in Karlovy Vary where we stayed last year (100 euros cheaper and 4 stars), fewer procedures were performed. Last year, my children received daily massages, baths, inhalations, and phototherapy. Here the main procedures are prescribed every other day. A very harmful lady works in the balneology department. I witnessed how my child, after a bath, was sent into the corridor to wait 15 minutes for his time for inhalation, with two free inhalers. This was the first time I encountered such an attitude towards children in Karlovy Vary. In inhalers he only changes the cardboard tips, he does not process the tubes. Очень надеемся, что положительные впечатления все же взяли верх и мы еще неоднократно с Вами встретимся! По Вашим замечаниям: В 4 звездочных отелях процедур действительно больше. Однако, мы 3 звездочный отель, и то кол-во процедур, которое у нас предлагается, полностью соответствует “норме” 3х звездочных отелей (15 процедур для взрослого и 10 для ребенка). Одним из наших главных правил является: “не навредить”. Карловарское лечение имеет довольно сильный эффект и для детского организма ежедневные массажи и ванны не всегда могут хорошо сказаться на самочувствии. Именно этим правилом и руководствуется доктор, назначая ряд процедур. К сожалению, правило “чем больше, тем лучше” – тут абсолютно неприменимо. Все остальные случаи, о которых Вы пишите, возникли, по всей видимости по причине недопонимания. В любом случае, мы хотим извиниться перед Вами за то, что Вам пришлось испытать негативные эмоции. Мы хотим уверить Вас, что персонал всегда возьмет клиента пораньше, если прибор действительно свободен, но клиент не всегда может об этом знать – прибор могут чистить, там может быть другой клиент (например собираться после завершения процедуры и тд) Что касается ингаляторов: по гигиеническим предписаниям мы обязаны менять картонные наконечники после каждого клиента. Потребность в чистке трубок после каждого клиента отсутствует (так же по правилам гигиенических контролей). Исключение бывает в том случае, если клиент связался с отелем заранее и предупредил, что приедет рано, соответственно успеет на лечение. Так как отель не знает во сколько приедет клиент (это может быть 10 утра, а может быть 10 вечера), по умолчанию лечение переносится на следующий рабочий день, то есть составляется запись к врачу.
