I often visit Karlovy Vary - an amazing resort! The beautiful water and surrounding nature are simply magical! English Yard, for its price category, is a very decent sanatorium. Friendly and most importantly helpful staff. In my opinion, again based on my experience of living in Karlovy Vary sanatoriums, the food here is very good (respect to the cook!) and excellent service in the restaurant. Perhaps the staff and food in the restaurant deserve the highest praise! I should add that everywhere is very clean!Negatives

The hotel is located near the Garden Colonnade and the Thermal Hotel. The room has everything you need including bathrobes and slippers to wear during treatment procedures. Treatment is prescribed by the head physician and every day before lunch we had three procedures. The large treatment package includes 17 procedures. This includes massage, electrotherapy and gas injections. We were very pleased. Wonderful massage therapists, both men and women. I also liked the food, it was very tasty, although with a small variety of assortment. In general, I would like to thank the hotel staff, without exception, for their attentive attitude and assistance in resolving any requests and problems. The room this time was spacious and bright, and most importantly, with modern plumbing (good water pressure), which was not the case on our previous visit. A very pleasant surprise were the vouchers that we unexpectedly received for some kind of promotion. With these vouchers we could go to a cosmetologist or for a Thai massage right there in the hotel.
