I liked everything very much. Beautiful hotel, clean room, attentive and friendly service staff. Excellent food, buffet style, varied and, one might say, deliciously prepared at home, special thanks to the cook and the girls working in the dining room. Good package of treatment procedures, special It was a pleasure to visit the sauna and salt room in the evenings. The hotel is located within walking distance from drinking springs. The price-quality ratio is simply ideal. Thank you all very much!!!! The staff is very friendly - all of them!!!!!!!!❤️ The cook is super. Special thanks for the green borscht!!!!! Excellent coffee machine - Dallmayr it seems. The coffee was very tasty and you can drink it in the morning, lunchtime and evening. ( It's important for me). The selection of baked goods is not large (I don’t eat sweets - for me this is a positive thing!!!!) There are no queues for procedures. The staff is very friendly and always trying hard. The room is clean and towels are constantly changed. The hotel is in a quiet location and the rooms are cool in summer. The medical staff is friendly and competent. The bed in the single room is large and wide and is easy to relax on. I would like that in the restaurant, in the med. A money box or something similar is purchased in the area and at the reception so that guests can reward or thank the staff. Because the whole staff is really trying hard!!! We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I would especially like to note the positive mood and training of service personnel at all levels. You can feel the hand of a talented manager who wants to leave the guests happy. At the reception the married couple Nadira and Mikhail are always friendly and in a good mood. They solved minor difficulties that arose with ease and captivating friendliness. Everything in the dining room is clean, polite, with a smile. Although there were no special seats, thanks to the girls’ speed, there were always enough free tables. The medical department has the same very warm, friendly atmosphere. I liked all the procedures, but special thanks to Yaroslava for the good massage. Overall, we would be happy to recommend this hotel and, perhaps, we will go there again.Negatives

A small thing, but unpleasant: robes that were almost falling apart, with threads hanging on the sleeves and torn hangers. In the second week we received new ones - why not right away? And, unfortunately, not a small thing - food. Simple, but well prepared - but always cold. Almost room temperature. After our question, they began to heat up the soup, but the second one remained frozen. Probably the problem is not in reluctance, but in the equipment. We were very positively surprised, the hotel has undergone really big changes and only in a positive way! In the past there was no Kneipp course or salt cave. The tea set after visiting the sauna is a good idea. We can't help but be amazed at how, on the one hand, the food tastes homemade and dietary, and on the other hand, how delicious it is! The restaurant staff does a very good job! We had coffee from the coffee machine for breakfast and also for lunch, thank you! The hotel staff is polite, nice and competent. A big thank you to Ljudmila for her good work, we have known her for several years. We hope to come back to the hotel next year. Thanks also to the sanatorium team, always good service!
