It was our first time in Karlovy Vary. I liked the sanatorium because it is small and cozy. All the staff are very friendly. The food is delicious and varied, for every taste. This is the second time I have been to this hotel and I am very pleased. The atmosphere in the hotel is very calm, homely and friendly. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. The restaurant has delicious food and a very pleasant atmosphere. Treatment is at a good level, there is a sauna and salt room. The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the center, but on a quiet, very beautiful street. For those who don't like noise and crowds, the place is wonderful.
