The hotel left a very pleasant impression. Going on vacation and treatment with a friend, to be honest, I was counting on the worst option. But fortunately, our fears turned out to be in vain, which we are incredibly happy about. We arrived late in the evening and were warmly greeted at the reception by Yuri, who told us about the hotel, treatment and food in an easy and accessible manner, then carried our suitcases to the room, helped us look around the room and figure out the wi-fi. We were simply happy with such a reception. We are, one might say, avid travelers; we have lost count of how many times we have traveled abroad. We have been in different countries and on different continents, in 3-star and 5-star hotels, but we have not seen such a reception. Let us also note that Yuri managed to build a dialogue with us so naturally and at home that we decided: “We were WAITED here.” The varied menu in the restaurant, the work of the medical staff, and the cleaning of the room did not cause any comments. You can say: “There’s nothing to complain about.” Since this is our first time in Karlovy Vary, we cannot give an assessment to other hotels; perhaps, in other hotels the meeting, relaxation and treatment of guests are also well organized, and what caused us positive emotions is the norm for others, but we can safely say, that we were satisfied with the choice of hotel, vacation and treatment. По поводу тарелочек: количество тарелочек никаким образом не ограничено и Вы можете взять столько тарелочек и, соответственно, закусок, сколько захотите. Мы полностью согласны с Вами в вопросе верхней одежды в ресторане, однако, не всегда удается во время обратить на это внимание гостя, к сожалению, некоторые клиенты не обращают внимание на просьбы персонала. Что касается вопроса с заменой массажиста: это нормальная практика, которая зависит от актуальной ситуации (например массажист может заболеть или уйти в отпуск) и от загруженности отеля на данный момент.

Что касается "минуса": нам очень жаль, но произошло недопонимание. Дело в том, что на ресепшене отеля Вам помогли приобрести билет на автобус по маршруту Автовокзал Карловы Вары - Прага, однако такси до самого автовокзала в эту стоимость не входит. Эти службы никаким образом не связаны между собой. Некоторые гости доходят до автовокзала пешком, то есть такси - это совершенно отдельная услуга, которой гость может воспользоваться или нет по собственному желанию. То есть таксист попросил с Вас оплату совершенно на законных условиях, а на ресепшене отеля был только приобретен билет на автобус, без услуги такси до него. We took half board; according to the menu, you need to order lunch or dinner in advance. Breakfast buffet, simply abundance. Several types of hot food and baked goods. Coffee, tea and juices. The restaurant is also cozy, the staff there is polite and friendly. Special thanks to all the reception staff, they help with any problem, they even bought us a bus ticket. The quality of treatment is difficult to assess, because... We were only a week after the main treatment in Poděbrady. The medical staff is trying, but the impression remains that everything is aimed at “letting through” as much of the flow of holidaymakers as possible. I didn’t like the balneo department - there is no rest after the bath, the baths are separated by curtains that you touch when undressing and dressing; in fact, it is the same with other procedures. I wouldn’t say it was very stressful, but somehow uncomfortable. I liked the gas injections, they are given while lying down and there are a lot of them throughout the body. The main thing, of course, is mineral water - the doctor prescribes a drinking course and the main treatment begins. It's a pity that the water in the baths is ordinary. I really didn’t like the commotion in the corridors in front of the doctors’ offices. Resort guests are trying to break into the office without being called and without waiting in line to “ask”, apparently because of this the woman doctor is irritated and harsh. Overall, I liked The English Court. It is very good as a hotel - to stay there to relax, wander around the beautiful city, drink mineral water. К сожалению, размеры отеля не позволяют нам организовать отдельную комнату под релакс, как бы мы этого не хотели сами. Что касается "суматохи" у кабинета врача, к сожалению, это зависит только от поведения конкретных клиентов. Мы четко прописываем приемы у врача по времени таким образом, чтобы клиентам не приходилось ждать в очереди. Однако, некоторые клиенты могут прийти немного раньше, разговаривать друг с другом и стучаться в дверь, что может сильно отвлекать врача от работы.
