The location of the Hotel is good, it is possible to walk to the springs, which is necessary when relaxing and at the same time receiving SPA treatments. The procedures are standard, everything is in moderation and on schedule. Many procedures are located on the 5th floor, walking is a wonderful exercise, which brought joy (especially if there is an elevator), forcing yourself to move is wonderful. I was very pleased with the pool membership. Pleasant, helpful staff, my room was spacious, I was pleased with the sufficient number of hooks in the bathroom and the bathroom equipment. For the month of November, the Hotel was warm, which created a feeling of comfort. Excellent cuisine, 8 varieties of salads, 3-4 side dishes, 2 types of hot soups for lunch, you want to try everything, but this is not physically possible. Low bow to the chefs for their art of cooking. This Hotel is a worthy place for relaxation and treatment in Karlovy Vary, I can recommend it to my friends.

Нам очень жаль, что во время своего пребывания Вы не сообщили о своих проблемах ни персоналу в ресторане, ни доктору. Когда клиенты обращаются к нам с проблемой во время своего пребывания, мы всегда стараемся решить ее на месте и создать наиболее подходящий вариант питания / лечения для клиента. Решать что-то постфактум, к сожалению, невозможно. 3. Что касается проблем с названиями блюд: Вы всегда можете обратиться к персоналу за разъяснениями и они обязательно все объяснят. We have been in different countries and on different continents, in 3-star and 5-star hotels, but we have not seen such a reception. Let us also note that Yuri managed to build a dialogue with us so naturally and at home that we decided: “We were WAITED here.” The varied menu in the restaurant, the work of the medical staff, and the cleaning of the room did not cause any comments. You can say: “There’s nothing to complain about.” Since this is our first time in Karlovy Vary, we cannot give an assessment to other hotels; perhaps, in other hotels the meeting, relaxation and treatment of guests are also well organized, and what caused us positive emotions is the norm for others, but we can safely say, that we were satisfied with the choice of hotel, vacation and treatment.
