Excellent treatment, we arrived on Sunday and immediately had a doctor’s appointment in the evening. The prescribed procedures were carried out at a high level, everything was coordinated, even though the staff was very busy. Everyone is polite, no delays. It is very fortunate that all procedures take place on the same floor (with the exception of water procedures). The food is not very varied, but everything is tasty, fresh and something different every day. The rooms are not new, but everything is working. Cleaning every day, change of towels as needed. If you really find fault, you can notice the smell from the carpeting in the rooms. For highly sensitive noses, it is advisable to take an odor removing spray with you. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax almost at home, receive quality treatment and wellness. The staff is very friendly and polite. At the reception you could even borrow an umbrella in rainy weather. I really liked the spacious room. They cleaned it every day. I also want to mention the simply excellent food! Everything was delicious! I also consider it a plus that on the fifth floor, where the procedures were carried out, there was always a carafe of water. There were also drinks (water, tea) in the spa area. This is not present in every hotel. I liked the procedures. The medical staff tried their best! It’s even difficult to single out someone! The hotel is absolutely not worthy of 4 stars... . The beds have very old mattresses, even with springs... It is impossible for two people to sleep when one turns over on the other side, the other jumps... The rooms do not have a basic sensor in case of fire.. There is no electric kettle in the room (and this is 4 stars), procedures begin at 7 am and if two in a row end at 8-8.30, and breakfast starts at 7.30, I would like to drink coffee or tea, but alas, they write 4 stars. The taps in the bathroom are old and all peeling, very unpleasant... As for the procedures..., in the morning there was one nurse for 4 rooms, who absolutely did not have time, one time she simply forgot about me and I lay in a carbon dioxide bag for 45 minutes, instead of 15, then I was itching all over... Of the three devices that do lymphatic drainage, only one worked, and even that one worked, but they tried to put people on all 3, those who understood that 2 did not work refused... We won’t eat at this hotel again... and I don’t recommend it.. There was too much negativity, you can’t write about it at all.. Позвольте нам, пожалуйста, прокомментировать некоторые моменты указанные в Вашем отзыве: - у нас была возможность поменять матрас на более удобный, жаль, что Вы не обратились с данной просьбой на рецепцию. - мы нигде не указываем информацию о наличии эл.чайника в номере, данная услуга не обязательна для отелей категории 4*, для всей желающих мы выдаем бесплатные термосы на рецепции. - как и в большинстве курортных отелей, стандартное начало всех процедур с 07:00, однако Ваше расписание можно всегда проконсультировать с медсестрой или непосредственно с врачом. Уверены, что они смогли бы найти подходящее для Вас решение, тем более, что процедуры не всегда начинались так рано, в большинстве случаев аж с 08:00. Завтраки у нас проводятся до 10:00 в будние дни, до 11:00 в выходные. - насчет сухой углекислой ваны мы обязательно передадим Ваше замечание директору отеля, работница бальнео центра дополнительно приносит свои личные извинения, это был единственный случай за всю ее профессиональную карьеру, искренне обещает, что будет следить за своим делом еще более внимательней. Считаем необходимым отметить, что мы с большим вниманием следим за отзывами и постоянно работаем над качеством предоставляемого сервиса. Оценки, а также все комментарии на Sanatoriums.com достоверны на 100%, так как их может оставить исключительно гости прожившие в отеле. Врач в отеле работает и принимает пациентов 5 дней в неделю. График всегда определяется в соответствии с кол-вом приездов гостей на данный момент. Делается это для того, чтобы эффективно организовать первичные осмотры и назначить лечение, включая питьевой курс термальных источников, максимум до 24ч. после приезда клиента. Мы не имеем возможности держать мед.персонал и особенно врачей как в больнице, здесь мы предоставляем санаторно-курортное лечение, которое имеет более реабилитационный и профилактический характер. В любом случае мы передадим Ваш комментарий директору для проверки. Еще раз спасибо за высокие оценки. Будем рады видеть вас снова! Cool Hotel. The staff is just great! If I come again I will stay there. The atmosphere is pleasant, you can relax and unwind. The price is great. The only thing is that there is no kettle in the room, but at Rezeption you can take a thermos with boiling water. The plumbing is old, but everything works great. If something breaks, fix it immediately. The rooms are cleaned every day, the girls are responsive, and upon request they will bring towels and an iron. I liked the atmosphere in this old house. Young, nice and friendly team. Everyone always smiles and fulfills the guests' requests.
