I liked everything. The location of the hotel is excellent. Very close to the Colonnades, especially to Sadovaya and Melnichnaya. No need to climb high up the mountain. The girl and man at the reception (only now I realized that I didn’t recognize the names - I apologize) were very friendly: they answered all questions, always “good morning/afternoon/evening” and always with a smile! The room is spacious and clean. Cleaned every day. On Saturdays there is live music in the restaurant. I really liked the performance and the selected repertoire - right to the heart. Thank you! I arrived on Saturday, and the doctor saw me on the same day: she asked if I had the results of tests, examinations with me, if anything was bothering me now, if I had allergies, if I had any surgeries, and so on. She prescribed a drinking regimen based on the problem I voiced: she directly crossed out and copied down the numbers of the springs and how to drink mineral water for me. The procedures all took place in the morning - the day was not broken. I liked the procedures themselves, the medical staff is very pleasant - everyone is always in a good mood. There were no questions about the kitchen. There was always something to choose from. The food was delicious. The waitresses are also smart. The benefits from the hotel in the form of 4 hours in the World of Saunas and an excursion to Prague are a nice bonus. Thank you very much to all the staff for making me feel so welcome!Positives
This is our first time in Karlovy Vary and I have no opportunity to compare this hotel with others. But I want to hug you all for these 2 wonderful weeks that I spent here with the children. We felt very good being your guests! Special thanks to Vecheslav and Maria, they are simply lovely. The girls who cleaned the rooms were wonderful and helpful. I really liked the food, I don’t eat meat and your cook always took this into account and I ate fish every day, everything was very tasty. The price-quality ratio in your hotel is excellent. We visited the Spa hotel for one week. The location of the hotel is in close proximity to the springs. Upon prior request, a parking space was provided for the car, approximately 150 meters away. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean. The food is varied and very tasty. Free spa every day. The doctor is qualified, experienced, and prescribed 3-4 procedures per day. We Tatyana Fain, Vladimir Brukh, Svetlana Schiller were in the sanatorium from April 7 to 13, the transfer in both directions was excellent, thank you very much to the drivers. I have to go to the Czech Republic to get such great treatments! The restaurant was the same, a fantastic breakfast and dinner, the service ladies were very friendly and attentive. The room and bathroom were very clean, the mattress was top notch. The sauna area can be reached in seconds with a borrowed bathrobe and bathing shoes by elevator.
