There are two options for a triple room in this hotel - consisting of two rooms on the same floor or the second room is located on the second floor, where you need to climb a staircase with wobbly railings. Despite the fact that we asked in advance to give the first option, and our age was far from young, we were accommodated in a 2-story building. It was agony to climb to the second floor every time. It was cold in the room, we caught a cold. The water coming out of the shower is either sharply hot or icy, despite regulation. The medical staff behave disgustingly. I am a doctor myself. But such an attitude towards the patient is not acceptable; during the initial examination, the doctor did not even properly examine Jahodova. She prescribed a procedure for dry carbon dioxide baths, and during the first procedure I almost suffocated. The nurse tied the tourniquet tightly around his neck and left. It was a nightmare. It was impossible to get through to a doctor with a complaint and a request to change the procedure. After that, I visited carbon dioxide baths 4 more times and made a tourniquet on my torso. On January 5, my procedure was canceled after learning that I was unhappy. The doctor didn’t see me about this, she just took it and canceled it at the 6th procedure.... this should be decided at a doctor’s appointment, but not like that and why did I pay for the treatment in full, but received... not to mention the doctor, The attitude of the nursing staff is very superficial, everything is put on stream. We have previously vacationed in Salvatore several times, excellent attitude, wonderful staff. I will definitely never go to the English Court again. I really didn't like it. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Either something has changed in Karlovy Vary in the 5 years when we came, or this is just such a hotel. I think it will be completely different in Bristol. And when we compared the prices at Bristol Palace and the English Court, they were equivalent. The level in the English court is simply terrible. I liked everything, a quiet, calm corner, food for every taste, buffet + the possibility of additional individual ordering for lunch and dinner, for me it was already too much, what was on the buffet was enough, although people actively took extra food... Baths I liked the pearl ones. There is a sauna and hammam, we went every other day... The springs are 250 meters away..... I recommend... A stylish, decent place...Negatives

1. Reception staff need to be more friendly and stop dividing guests into Russians and everyone else. 2. If you parked your car in the hotel parking lot and paid for it, then during your stay you should not use the car (the words of the hotel reception employee), and the space will be taken up by your problems, that it is assigned to you, park the car somewhere on the road . 2. Food at the hotel - instead of the declared buffet, you only get a semblance of it and a very meager selection of products for a “snack”. Frozen fruits, sprats for breakfast, a small selection of salads and side dishes, instead of a whole banana there are blackened halves and much more. An incomprehensible system for ordering dishes for tomorrow is completely nonsense! In the menu list there are only names of dishes to choose from, what it consists of is known only to the chef, and you can guess! During the week of eating, we only had delicious baked salmon once - we got it right with the choice! Baked carp is a definite minus, the meat is rubbery, rabbit - this can only be described obscenely! 3. Bad wi-fi - sometimes it seemed that a paper letter would arrive faster than a message on Viber! On our next trip to Karlovy Vary, we will think very carefully about choosing this hotel!

Request: make a ramp for lifting suitcases. Climbing steps with a load is not easy for older people. At least just lay down a few boards, as in some other sanatoriums; or make a ramp on the side, like in Ulrika.

I have already rested at the English Court sanatorium three times. The hotel accommodation is excellent, although my friend and I were in a luxury room on the second floor. Everything is nearby, the springs are a 5-10 minute walk, the treatment is also good, and the food is excellent - many thanks to the cook , pureed soups, a large selection of main courses (very tasty prepared), fruits, salads!!!!! The hotel has a sauna, there is no swimming pool, but a free subscription is given for 2 visits to the pool at the city hospital "Lazne 5". If you don’t want a pool, you can replace with 4 visits to the salt cave

The English Dvor sanatorium is located very conveniently, close to the 15th and 11th springs and equidistant from the ends of the sanatorium-resort area. Every day cleaning, bed linen, bathrobes and towels are snow-white, they will change when you ask. All procedures before lunch. There are no procedures on Saturday and Sunday. The menu is good, lots of salads and fruits, delicious bread, and sweet pastries in the morning. There are 2 types of soup for lunch, there is always vegetable soup. The only thing is that I would diversify the vegetarian main courses of choice. Good dumplings with currants, pasta with sauce, risotto with mushrooms. The doctor is reluctant to change procedures. The second time you will not be allowed to call from the reception, only 1 time. If you arrive 5 minutes before the buffet closes, everything will be removed and the staff will not want to serve you.

I had a very negative impression from communicating with the reception worker. . His name is Thomas Victorinus. I'm not sure I spelled that correctly, he refused to give his last name. We were supposed to leave on November 4, the night from Sunday to Monday. And on Friday I discovered an error in the confirmation of ordering a transfer to Prague, which they sent.. It said that our plane would depart at 10:30. But the departure was supposed to be at 9:05.. Which meant that we would be late on the plane. We were unable to contact the transfer workers ourselves. First they called the number. transfer to Prague - there was no one there at that moment, then by the transfer number the cat. took us to Karlovy Vary, but the girl there told us that it was our mistake, because... We ourselves gave the data to the transfer. although I have a copy of the message, which contains the correct data sent by me.. Then we decided to ask for professional help and turned to Thomas. And then I had a feeling that I had ended up in the USSR, from which we left 30 years ago. First, he told us to come in an hour. then he deceived me by saying that he called the transfer 3 times... As it turned out the next day, in a conversation with the transfer, they monitor all incoming calls and call back without fail. Which is what happened when they saw our room and not the hotel room. and called us back. But it happened the next day, Saturday. Thomas didn't help us.. He just didn't want to. He told us to go by bus.. How we, 2 elderly people, on a dark night, in the rain, with suitcases, would look for a bus stop, he did not explain to us.. Due to a sleepless night and stress, my stomach hurt again, although already The third day after arriving in Karlovy Vary, I almost forgot about him... And it hurts now when I write this to you. And so I think, so many people, hotel workers, have done and are doing everything to make Karlovy Vary a widely known international resort. And the staff spares neither their hands nor their backs, doing everything in their power, and the guides too - I hope that they all love the Czech Republic just as much! And there is Thomas, who simply did not want to pick up the phone and thereby not only damaged my health, but also made his negative contribution to the work that raised the city to such a height.
