I have stayed at this hotel 2 times. Good, hearty breakfasts, lunch and dinner: you choose the main course, your choice of side dish. Compared to last year, we added breakfast pastries and fruit. Renovated medical department, good treatment, but there are some nuances. The doctor examined me the first time and the second time. One procedure didn’t work for me, but I changed it without any problems. The tests were done once, and then I received the results at the appointment.

As a result, you close the windows with curtains so that it doesn’t blow, it’s hot from the radiator when it’s running, plus you can’t reduce them, they work, as I understand, every 20/30 minutes and the room becomes completely cool, you close the radiator and it blows. The safe didn't work. Wifi didn’t really work, if instant messengers and social networks were ok, then I couldn’t watch a movie in the evening. The shower does not have closing doors like in the video, but a curtain. The taps in the sink were leaking heavily, and as a result, all day long a large puddle formed on the shelf. The bathroom is cramped, the toilet is located opposite the radiator, you have to wriggle around, it was uncomfortable. Food: onions in all salads, sometimes in potatoes and omelettes. Cleaning: in 10 days the linen was not changed. It got so funny that I was looking for a cleaning lady, because... There was no toilet paper in the room :) Treatment: nurses changed to -1. I focused on inhalations, but the standards for cleaning inhalers and basic hygiene were not followed. Small tubes are not changed after a person, I was shocked. Previous nurses changed it in front of you with tweezers, but here, if they changed it, it was with their hands, yeah, just after cleaning the bathtubs, they didn’t change it at all. A lot of water accumulated in the tubes/hoses, which is simply unacceptable. Honey. my sister made a mistake on parafango where I should put it, she also argued, in the end she read it and, without apologizing, changed it after 5 minutes. Funny. It’s unpleasant to listen to nurses arguing with each other in front of patients. For some reason, a paid massage lasts not 20 minutes, but 15. Which is what happened when they saw our room and not the hotel room. and called us back. But it happened the next day, Saturday. Thomas didn't help us.. He just didn't want to. He told us to go by bus.. How we, 2 elderly people, on a dark night, in the rain, with suitcases, would look for a bus stop, he did not explain to us.. Due to a sleepless night and stress, my stomach hurt again, although already The third day after arriving in Karlovy Vary, I almost forgot about him... And it hurts now when I write this to you.
