Однако, все наши работники работают строго по определённому графику. Например, повара уходят домой в 19:30, именно поэтому было невозможно приготовить ужин, когда Вы пришли в 19:37 (мы всегда готовим только свежее, не храним заранее приготовленное.) Что касается опоздания на процедуры: если человек опоздал на процедуру, время процедуры должно быть уменьшено на то количество минут, на которые он опоздал. Это сделано для того, чтобы те клиенты, которые пришли вовремя, не были вынуждены ожидать. Так как наш отель стремится поддерживать высокий уровень обслуживания, некоторые правила должны строго соблюдаться. По поводу разговоров во время процедур: к сожалению, пост-факт нельзя понять если сотрудник обсуждал рабочие вопросы или личные, но, в любом случае, мы провели с персоналом беседу на тему телефонных разговоров во время работы. Разрешите разъяснить несколько моментов по указанным Вами "минусам". 1. Буфет на завтрак достаточно разнообразный. Имеется возможность выбора как соленых, так и несоленых блюд. К сожалению, угодить абсолютно всем гостям невозможно, но мы стараемся:) Например, мы ввели в меню оладьи (1 раз в неделю). 2. Нам очень жаль, что во время своего пребывания Вы не сообщили о своих проблемах ни персоналу в ресторане, ни доктору. Когда клиенты обращаются к нам с проблемой во время своего пребывания, мы всегда стараемся решить ее на месте и создать наиболее подходящий вариант питания / лечения для клиента. Решать что-то постфактум, к сожалению, невозможно. 3. Что касается проблем с названиями блюд: Вы всегда можете обратиться к персоналу за разъяснениями и они обязательно все объяснят. Мы очень надеемся, что если Вы еще раз решите посетить наш отель, у Вас не возникнет недопонимая и останутся только положительные эмоции.

Частичная реконструкция ресторана длилась всего 14 дней и мы делали все возможное, чтобы она не сильно повлияла на рабочий процесс. Мы понимали, что некоторым гостям может не понравится факт реконструкции, поэтому мы предлагали различные альтернативы: питание в соседних отелях или же обед/ужин в номер. Мы думаем, что с нашей стороны мы попытались войти в положение гостей, но, к сожалению, Вы не выбрали ни одну из предложенных возможностей. В данный момент реконструкция почти закончена и мы надеемся, что она повлияет на наш ресторан с позитивной точки зрения и наши гости будут намного больше довольны сервисом и блюдами. Очень жаль, что Вы больше не посетите наш отель и не сможете оценить все плюсы обновленного ресторана, который мы делали в первую очередь для наших постоянных клиентов.
