But the attitude of the administration and management of the hotel surprises and pleases. I was especially struck by the attitude of manager Denisa. There are different administrators. Some, knowing the laws, will rely on them. But this young lady is worried about the prestige of the hotel, about its reputation... She has something that others don’t have. She will make not only a good person, but also a humane administrator. I would like the leadership of the SMA to read this too. Especially grateful to Maksimu Ryshkov. For me, the downside was the lack of air conditioning (there were quite hot days, up to 30 degrees), as well as the lack of air exhaust in the bathroom and their outdated appearance requiring renovation. Although this corresponds to 3 stars.

The doctor's appointment could have been a little more thorough and thorough. One last note: when booking, in my opinion, it is necessary to clearly separate regular and two-story rooms. The reference to the fact that standard rooms can be two-story is not enough.

The sanatorium is located on a very beautiful street, in the mornings birds sing through the open window (morning from 4 to 7). 2 minutes walk to the springs. The sanatorium is quiet and peaceful, you can sleep well. Even on the chilly rainy days of May the room is warm.Negatives
The sanatorium is not new, the walls and ceilings in the rooms are “tired”. The renovation of the Ulrika sanatorium, located 2 steps away, creates noise and echoes are heard in the rooms, but the work is carried out during the daytime, and does not create problems for the rest of those who do not sleep during the day. It is very noisy during procedures; massages and physiotherapy are carried out on the 5th floor. The employees talk endlessly and very loudly to each other and this creates a terrible hubbub and you will not get any relaxation during the procedures, even during a massage.

The food is more dietary, which suited us very much; tea, juices, kefir for lunch and dinner, varied choice of dishes, deliciously prepared.
