The only negative of our stay at the English Court sanatorium is the head nurse who took the blood test, she was unprofessional, incompetent, unfriendly, and behaved rudely. After taking blood for analysis, a large hematoma immediately appeared (10x5 cm), with compaction and very painful, which lasted two weeks. Instead of apologizing, she blamed the patient and did not offer any help, such as ointment, which the doctor did after I contacted her. I would advise the nurse to treat patients more humanely, and not say that they themselves are to blame.

We had a second recovery at the "English Court" (we ordered through sanatorium.com, everything works well)) basically nothing has changed, Dr. Olesya Kovach is a very attentive and knowledgeable specialist (you could contact us at any time), the reception staff is very kind (( especially Yura)), the room was cleaned regularly, towels and bathrobes were changed upon request (as everywhere else in Europe). We had a two-room suite on Sadovaya (quiet). We are planning to come again next year. Thanks to all! Since the room was on the 4th floor, there was very little water pressure in the bathroom (the mechanic tried to do something, but to no avail, although he said that he had done everything.... The reason is old plumbing, etc. And one more innovation: in the restaurant, instead of normal appetizer plates, there are only small saucers, it is especially inconvenient to put salads in. A very monotonous dessert, the only fruits were apples all the time (not tasty), and watermelons too.. Main courses (custom made) - everything was delicious.

Very spacious, clean room, the balcony is surrounded by flowers - a cool view, the nutrition is correct, the treatment is good, you can buy more for the full course of the procedure, the hotel staff is very friendly, and the main thing is that it is sincere. All nice people, all issues were resolved immediately . The location of the hotel from the springs is optimal - a short walk is only beneficial. For us, it was a plus to have a sauna in the basement of the hotel.

But the attitude of the administration and management of the hotel surprises and pleases. I was especially struck by the attitude of manager Denisa. There are different administrators. Some, knowing the laws, will rely on them. But this young lady is worried about the prestige of the hotel, about its reputation... She has something that others don’t have. She will make not only a good person, but also a humane administrator. I would like the leadership of the SMA to read this too. Especially grateful to Maksimu Ryshkov. For me, the downside was the lack of air conditioning (there were quite hot days, up to 30 degrees), as well as the lack of air exhaust in the bathroom and their outdated appearance requiring renovation. Although this corresponds to 3 stars.

The doctor's appointment could have been a little more thorough and thorough. One last note: when booking, in my opinion, it is necessary to clearly separate regular and two-story rooms. The reference to the fact that standard rooms can be two-story is not enough.

The sanatorium is located on a very beautiful street, in the mornings birds sing through the open window (morning from 4 to 7). 2 minutes walk to the springs. The sanatorium is quiet and peaceful, you can sleep well. Even on the chilly rainy days of May the room is warm.Negatives
The sanatorium is not new, the walls and ceilings in the rooms are “tired”. The renovation of the Ulrika sanatorium, located 2 steps away, creates noise and echoes are heard in the rooms, but the work is carried out during the daytime, and does not create problems for the rest of those who do not sleep during the day. It is very noisy during procedures; massages and physiotherapy are carried out on the 5th floor. The employees talk endlessly and very loudly to each other and this creates a terrible hubbub and you will not get any relaxation during the procedures, even during a massage.
