Mine, 211, had windows facing the courtyard, which was good. The staff is attentive, responsive, smiling. Everything is on time, promptly, efficiently. I had a single economy room, but, in my opinion, the whole economy lies only in the size of the room (although for one person it is quite normal) and the view from the window onto the wall. But this didn’t bother me at all, because... I didn't sit in the room. looking out the window. As for the food, it is simply excellent, very varied and tasty. There was a slight aftertaste from the tourist services of some guides. But again, not from everyone. Services are paid for, and the terms of the contract must be fulfilled. We had room s 502, not long before departure the elevator broke down and for the last 4 days we had to walk to the fifth floor 6-7 times a day. I hope the elevator is fixed now. The restaurant often ran out of kefir or fruit an hour before the end of lunch or dinner, and when asked to bring it, they answered that it was no longer available.

There is no clear explanation of the location of the rooms. (in which building) When ordering, there is no way to clearly understand which number you will get. There are economy rooms on two levels (this is a complete nightmare. How elderly and sick people have to go to the toilet several times a night) Since the website only contains general information, unpleasant moments arise upon arrival at the sanatorium. The site should provide an option for additional customer wishes, where you can write your wishes. The food is tasty, but quite monotonous. In the morning, it is advisable to diversify the milk range. Next year I plan to travel to Karlovy Vary and it would be desirable to receive information about hotels taking into account my wishes.

As I understand it, we were especially lucky with this: the room was very spacious, with a bay window and a balcony. Room cleaning daily, linen change once a week. The charming Marcela, who performed gas injections and ultrasounds, was always very attentive and helpful. Wonderful Katya was remembered for her constant smile, friendliness, and optimism. All employees are always friendly and ready to help. Almost all the staff speak Russian. The young man who worked at the reception at night especially helped us a lot. He speaks excellent Russian, from him we received a lot of valuable information about how to get to Prague and various attractions. The main advantage for us is food. Side dishes and salads for lunch and dinner were in a buffet format, which made it possible to choose vegetables in the vast majority of cases. There were almost always stewed vegetables as a side dish. For main course there was always a choice of some kind of fish, several types of meat, as well as pancakes/strudel or vegetables. Everything is prepared taking into account the resort's profile - mostly baked, poached, not spicy. I also consider the absence of pastries and desserts such as cakes for lunch and dinner to be an advantage, since it allowed me to refrain from breaking my diet. Those. The principle of reasonable sufficiency was observed in nutrition. There was no abundance of fruit. But there were always apples. And also very often there were additional kiwis, bananas, plums, baked pears, nectarines, peaches - just one thing or another. A small note relates to the most important factor for me - nutrition, since I need a diet - in our opinion, mainly the 5th table. Sometimes (rarely) there were no vegetables among the side dishes, but, for example, pasta, rice and potatoes or peas were offered. We got out of the situation by picking up salads. But even here, it would be good if there were carrots or beets. Sometimes it was only tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce. Fortunately, this happened three or four times in three weeks, hardly more. A couple of times they also peppered the fish for some reason. Among the appetizers there were some spicy or pickled ones, but the food, unfortunately, was not signed. But these are minor things. Overall I'm satisfied with the food. Everyone else - even more so.

The only negative of our stay at the English Court sanatorium is the head nurse who took the blood test, she was unprofessional, incompetent, unfriendly, and behaved rudely. After taking blood for analysis, a large hematoma immediately appeared (10x5 cm), with compaction and very painful, which lasted two weeks. Instead of apologizing, she blamed the patient and did not offer any help, such as ointment, which the doctor did after I contacted her. I would advise the nurse to treat patients more humanely, and not say that they themselves are to blame.

We had a second recovery at the "English Court" (we ordered through sanatorium.com, everything works well)) basically nothing has changed, Dr. Olesya Kovach is a very attentive and knowledgeable specialist (you could contact us at any time), the reception staff is very kind (( especially Yura)), the room was cleaned regularly, towels and bathrobes were changed upon request (as everywhere else in Europe). Since the room was on the 4th floor, there was very little water pressure in the bathroom (the mechanic tried to do something, but to no avail, although he said that he had done everything.... The reason is old plumbing, etc. And one more innovation: in the restaurant, instead of normal appetizer plates, there are only small saucers, it is especially inconvenient to put salads in. A very monotonous dessert, the only fruits were apples all the time (not tasty), and watermelons too.. Main courses (custom made) - everything was delicious.

All nice people, all issues were resolved immediately . The location of the hotel from the springs is optimal - a short walk is only beneficial. For us, it was a plus to have a sauna in the basement of the hotel.
