We were in Karlovy Vary for the first time. I really liked the resort, it immediately put me at ease: cozy, calm, beautiful. Such beautiful houses, each with its own individual character. We liked the hotel, the room exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed spending two weeks there. We received the procedures we wanted in accordance with the indications. I would like to note the good quality of food and a variety of dishes with a twist. Thank you very much to all the hotel staff for your attentive and friendly attitude. A small cozy sanatorium. The restaurant oversalted the first meal several times. But in general the food was tasty and varied. Once the carp was not baked in the oven - it was too thick and greasy. The rabbit, turkey, duck, beef were perfectly cooked. The nurses, maids, administrators were very friendly and positive.Negatives

Two weeks of staying at the English Court sanatorium left the best memories. The procedures were described very precisely, no queues, everything was done in a timely manner. The staff of the sanatorium is excellent - very friendly and friendly employees, they will help in any situation and solve all problems. As for the food, we can say that the food was fed “from the heart” - tasty, plentiful, varied. The location of the sanatorium is also wonderful - not noisy and close. The room was on the 2nd floor, with a balcony and a view of the street. Very beautiful. Everything was great. Many thanks to the workers at the reception - Thomas, Paulina, Yuri, the cook - separately, the girls during the procedures, Dr. Yagodova, I don’t know all of them. Thanks to Sanatoriums. The sanatorium is not very big. It is quiet, calm, all procedures are carried out in the same building where accommodation is located, there is an elevator. Located very close to the springs. Convenient nutrition schedule. The schedule of procedures is drawn up conveniently, there is no need to run from one to another at breakneck speed. Free time after lunch. The swimming pool, which can be visited in the city using coupons issued at the sanatorium, is large, 25 meters long, clean, and located in the city center. We liked everything. Thanks to the staff of the sanatorium.

The purpose of the procedures is not very clear: no more than 3 procedures of the selected type per week. That is, for example, out of 17 required procedures, you will not receive a massage five times a week, but only three... The rest is for money. If you want to receive a full course of treatment of 10 procedures during a two-week stay, you will not be able to do this. You will be prescribed 6 massages, 6 baths, 6 injections and 1-4 procedures. The result is a mishmash, lack of systemic treatment...

The hotel is excellent. We vacationed here for the second time, we liked everything. The food was good. If you are leaving on an excursion and don’t have time for dinner, then they leave you a cold plate with a snack and bread so you can overeat. There is good coffee at the reception. The staff at the reception is very attentive - they will explain things, give you advice, give you an umbrella and a thermos as a deposit, and make coffee. My doctor Olesya Kovach, a very good specialist, an attentive, sensitive person and simply beautiful. The entire list of procedures is published on the website, they will be prescribed according to your health condition, do not hesitate to coordinate with your doctor. The medical staff is attentive, the massage therapists are all good, I ask you to appoint Lyudmila to me, I like her work. The cook is good and cooks delicious food.
