We were in Karlovy Vary for the first time. We arrived early in the morning and were immediately accommodated in our room even though check-in was at 2 p.m. At 13 o'clock the doctor already saw me. procedures began the next day. It’s very convenient that procedures are scheduled in the morning. After 15:00 free time. Saturday and Sunday there are no procedures, you can go on excursions. The transfer is very convenient. The drivers are very polite. The cars are clean. All staff speak Russian.

I booked an Economy room, but they provided me with a better Standard room. I really liked the work of the staff - on the morning of departure (I was leaving at 5 am) they woke me up, made coffee, called a taxi, and the day before at dinner they gave me a packed lunch instead of breakfast. A wonderful sanatorium, your stay there was not marred by a single misunderstanding. The location is wonderful (to the springs, to the bus stops, to the forest), everything is nearby, the service at the hotel (from the reception to the maids) is wonderful. And as for the restaurant (special thanks to the chef) - everything is super! Delicious, varied! The presentation is very good, the service is at the same level. My single standard was facing the courtyard, Natalya offered a large room on Sadovaya Street without any additional charges. Thank her very much. The number of rooms in the hotel is different, there are small and large rooms, because... the building is old. But everything is very beautiful. I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel chef. Without exception, I give all the dishes the highest rating. Yes, there is no fried bacon for breakfast, but there are two or three types of sausages or sausages, eggs (boiled, scrambled, scrambled eggs), two types of cereals, cottage cheese, two types of yogurt, fresh vegetable salads or separately chopped vegetables and herbs, butter olive and sauce. If you like mayonnaise, this is not the place for you, it doesn’t exist. Meat and cheese slices. Pastes, processed cheeses, butter. Dried fruits, jams, honey. Two or three types of drinks or juices. Coffee (only for breakfast) tea (3 times a day) and that's just breakfast. From 1/22/2017 to 2/4/2017, a large group of relatives and friends rested and recuperated at the English Court Hotel. We came from the USA, Germany, Israel and Russia. This is the second year we have been spending a similar holiday at this hotel, however, this year we made an order on the website sanatoriums.com and were very pleased with the choice and service. There were 9 of us and 3 more in another hotel. I would like to express our collective opinion and gratitude to all the hotel staff and medical workers of the treatment center: Dr. Olesya, head nurse Yana, all the nurses and brothers, cooks and restaurant staff (the food is very tasty and varied), the reception staff, and the maids. But, unfortunately, there are some comments that we hope will be eliminated. There is no ramp at the entrance to the hotel and this makes it difficult for people with mobility issues to enter the hotel and lift their suitcases. Some rooms have very high beds (for example, rooms 303, 305). In the restaurant, we suggest placing signs with the names of the soups next to containers of soups so that vacationers don’t have to guess. Overall, thank you very much for a good holiday. I would like to thank Sanatoriums for the trip, everything was wonderful, prosperity and success next year. The staff at the hotel is very positive, the food is excellent, the cleaning too. For the New Year they gave everyone gifts, which was very nice. There was a great dinner on Christmas Day. The hotel works mainly with Russians, so they do everything for us, they try very hard. Bathrobe and slippers in the room. Tea in the restaurant all day, I’ve never seen this in other hotels. The doctor is very attentive and willing to help with your problems. Negativity concerns only the weather. Going in January wasn't the best idea. It was surprising, to put it mildly, that not all the streets of the resort center were cleared of snow and ice, there was heavy ice. I fell on the first day, but there were no serious consequences. I think the city authorities should solve this problem; nothing should tarnish the reputation of their beloved Karlovy Vary.

First of all, we express our gratitude to the sanatoriums team for the opportunity to book accommodation and treatment in Karlovy Vary. This is our first experience of sanatorium treatment in the Czech Republic, and we had the best impressions of it in general, and in particular of the hotel’s location on one of the central, but quiet, beautiful streets close to all sources. We were very pleased with the work of the entire Czech staff, from the medical department to the restaurant with its varied menu and very tasty dishes. Our room was spacious, warm and comfortable, equipped with everything necessary for a carefree holiday, and was cleaned efficiently and regularly. The hotel itself looks very attractive both outside and inside, especially since it was the New Year holidays, so the lobby, restaurant, and medical department were beautifully decorated. Taking into account the price-quality ratio, we can say that this is the place where I would like to come again.Negatives
An unpleasant aftertaste remained from the doctor’s dismissive attitude; my husband and I came for a follow-up appointment at the pre-arranged time, waited in vain for a long time at the door, only to later find out that she had gone on vacation that day. Later, in a conversation with neighbors on the floor, who were already undergoing treatment for the 4th time at the English Court Hotel, we found out that on the same day they also waited in vain for a second doctor’s appointment and were able to draw their own conclusions about the gradual change in the doctor’s attitude to their work responsibilities. After all, there was a telephone in each room and patients could be alerted to sudden changes in the course schedule, if any.

All our inconveniences were associated with the “treatment”. The check-in took place on Sunday afternoon, the doctor's appointment was scheduled for Monday 13.15-13.30. Monday disappeared as the day I started taking the procedures. All other procedures were prescribed starting at seven in the morning with almost no break, which called into question the morning intake of water and even breakfast. After a bath in November, run to drink water in old age to the source, which opens at 6.30, and the hotel is located on a slight slope, not the “first line”. This moment upset me the most. The impression was that the medical department wanted to “work through” all the patients in a couple of hours and be free. The desire of patients to take water and have a quiet breakfast is not taken into account. After the second doctor's appointment, this problem was resolved. По Вашему замечанию: суббота и воскресенье - выходные дни в лечебной части, поэтому прием врача был назначен на следующий рабочий день, это обычная практика во всех отелях. Прием был в обед в связи с тем, что в ноябре у нас был на 100% заполнен отель и при такой загрузке приемы идут с 7 утра и иногда до вечера. Однако, КОЛИЧЕСТВО ПРОЦЕДУР у Вас ни в коем случае не пропало, и в оставшиеся дни Вам были предоставлены все процедуры, которые Вы должны были получить за свое количество дней. Что касается времени процедур, оно назначается таким образом, чтобы все гости успели получить назначенные им процедуры в определенный день, при очень большой загрузке. Когда клиента время не устраивает, он может попросить у сестры о переносе времени процедур и если такая возможность будет, клиенту обязательно пойдут навстречу.
