This is the second year we have been spending a similar holiday at this hotel, however, this year we made an order on the website sanatoriums.com and were very pleased with the choice and service. There were 9 of us and 3 more in another hotel. I would like to express our collective opinion and gratitude to all the hotel staff and medical workers of the treatment center: Dr. Olesya, head nurse Yana, all the nurses and brothers, cooks and restaurant staff (the food is very tasty and varied), the reception staff, and the maids. But, unfortunately, there are some comments that we hope will be eliminated. There is no ramp at the entrance to the hotel and this makes it difficult for people with mobility issues to enter the hotel and lift their suitcases. Some rooms have very high beds (for example, rooms 303, 305). In the restaurant, we suggest placing signs with the names of the soups next to containers of soups so that vacationers don’t have to guess. Overall, thank you very much for a good holiday. The hotel itself looks very attractive both outside and inside, especially since it was the New Year holidays, so the lobby, restaurant, and medical department were beautifully decorated. All our inconveniences were associated with the “treatment”. The check-in took place on Sunday afternoon, the doctor's appointment was scheduled for Monday 13.15-13.30. Monday disappeared as the day I started taking the procedures. All other procedures were prescribed starting at seven in the morning with almost no break, which called into question the morning intake of water and even breakfast. After a bath in November, run to drink water in old age to the source, which opens at 6.30, and the hotel is located on a slight slope, not the “first line”. This moment upset me the most. The impression was that the medical department wanted to “work through” all the patients in a couple of hours and be free. The desire of patients to take water and have a quiet breakfast is not taken into account. After the second doctor's appointment, this problem was resolved. I would like to note the procedures that were done very professionally: gas injections and dry carbon dioxide baths. Very high class specialists!
