The hotel's medical facilities are very good, the location is excellent - in the heart of the beautiful Sadovaya Street. It is very convenient that there are chairs and tables outside at the entrance to the hotel. Another plus was passes to a good swimming pool in Lazne 5. We plan to come here again.

Это могут подтвердить и наши многочисленные партнеры, которые знают наш отель много лет, а так же постоянные клиенты, которые были у нас ДО ремонта и ПОСЛЕ него. Мебель в номерах, ковровые покрытия, техника и многое другое было заменено чуть больше года назад. Что касается зоны ожидания: она действительно не очень большая, так как основные площади выделены именно под само лечение, однако, там установлены стулья, чтобы гости могли присесть в ожидании процедуры. К тому же мы стараемся выстроить расписание таким образом, чтобы гости никогда не ожидали своей очереди более 5 минут. Мы связались с лечебным отделением и узнали, что Вам была назначена именно процедура "парафанго" ("parafango"), а не "грязелечение" ("slatina"). Обе процедуры представляют собой наложение пластов на кожу, чисто визуально процедуры похожи, поэтому могло возникнуть недопонимание. В процедуре "парафанго" используется смесь торфа и парафина, которая при выходе из духовки имеет температуру от 37 до 40 градусов Цельсия. В зависимости от индивидуальной переносимости клиента (кто-то более чувствителен к температуре, кто-то менее), эта процедура может восприниматься телом немного по-разному.
