Not a negative thing, but a wish to have a toaster in the restaurant; I needed it to dry gluten-free bread, since it was stored in the refrigerator (usually the bread was cold and slightly damp). Otherwise the food was excellent.

Very good hotel. Still, we must not forget that this is 3*! (This is for those who are trying to find faults!) Excellent staff: attentive, sensitive, responsive. People do not perform their duties formally, but what is called “with soul.” The restaurant blows your mind: it’s hard to call it a “canteen”: white, starched napkins, good music, efficient waiters... The cook is “at the top”: tasty, varied, the presentation of the dishes evokes awe... I had room "economy", with windows to the courtyard, but I even consider it (+): quiet, not dusty, birds sing in the morning... Good medical facilities, excellent nurses... But Katya is beyond any praise! If I were a man, I would come back and get married! A wonderful soul, with a gentle sense of humor, a TRUE professional!Negatives
Well, to be completely objective: I personally didn’t have enough baking. Her presence at dinner and some kind of variety in general. Twice we came across torn bathrobes (but the “troika” may not provide bathrobes at all!) Actually, having eliminated these minor shortcomings, the hotel can safely give itself a 3*+.

All liked it. The staff is very responsive, always ready to help. Room cleaning is provided daily upon request. The maids are very nice women, the hotel is very clean, the linen and towels are perfectly white. The location is very convenient, close to everything, including various shops and the bus station (compared to other places in the resort area). The food is a different story, the portions of the main dishes are very large! So big that you feel sorry for the food that you simply cannot eat, because... imposed on 3 adults! True, not all dishes, but most of the portions were very large. It’s also a plus that the hotel is small, so everything is compact, there are no queues for procedures or in the restaurant, everything is very convenient. The hotel is great! I recommend! At our request, the administrator moved us to a more comfortable room on the second day, the day before departure, we contacted the sanatorium to help us register air tickets for us in They refused to help with this and at the airport I had to pay 50 euros for registration, which was very upsetting because we are pensioners and this is important for us

During the procedures, you want to lie in silence or listen to light music and relax, but the wonderful (really!) staff chirps in their beautiful language incessantly and very loudly. What are they talking about? About yours, about your girl’s? After the bath, there was a paraffin procedure in the same room; I was asked to wait 5 minutes in the corridor, although there was not a soul during this procedure. We have been going to your spa hotel 3-4 times already with a whole company of 6-9 people from different countries and continents. We know the staff well, the very knowledgeable and experienced doctor Olesya, we like the food and service, the hotel and restaurant are clean and tidy. The hotel is located close to mineral springs in the city center. New types of treatment have appeared: acupuncture. We hope to return to you again. Ms. Galina Gelevich organizes us all and makes the order. As a suggestion: it seems to me that such regular customers, and especially Mrs. Gelevich, should give a personal discount next time.Negatives
There are 5-6 steep steps when entering the hotel. It is very inconvenient to go up and down with suitcases. It's time to make some more convenient ascent/descent. There is not always a man at the reception who can help. Lack of at least a small swimming pool (walking in 5 in the winter is a small pleasure). When ordering (single) rooms, there is a difference in cost between economy and standard. In fact, we had 6 standard rooms, which all faced the wall (it was written that the standard rooms face the street, although this is a deliberate lie, since the single rooms are all on the right side of the corridor and, accordingly, the windows face the wall). Please pay attention to this and do not mislead clients, and also bring order to this issue (single rooms) financially.

The main disadvantage was unclear and ill-thought-out logistics. We ordered an intercity transfer from the city of Mühlhein on the Ruhr to Karlovy Vary and back. And if on the way there everything was not bad with logistics (but there was an uncomfortable bus, very cramped, and a driver who did not care about the passengers), and on the 600 km journey we spent 7 hours with all stops, then on the way back everything was much better worse. We spent 10 hours on the road (!) and the problem was that our bus gathered people scattered geographically across different parts of Germany - completely thoughtlessly, as if the remnants of those who did not fit into other transfers.
