Nothing spoiled our stay. The food is excellent - everything is always fresh and tasty. Sufficient variety of dishes. The room is nice and cozy. Everything worked. Cleaned every day. I really liked the treatment. Excellent medical staff: attentive, responsive and friendly. Location of the hotel: everything seemed close to me, the springs, the center, and the swimming pool with the Thermal Hotel. Everything is within walking distance. My wife and I were relaxing at the hotel. The requests for the placement of our room were fulfilled at our request, for which special thanks to the reception staff! Help on various issues, recommendations and advice, always friendly - reception - 10/10. The restaurant - everything was delicious (special thanks to the chefs!), the staff in the restaurant were just great girls. Always cleanly dressed, friendly, service and professionalism - 10/10. Treatment - the Czech medical staff speaks Russian, they will always help and tell you what is best and how to perform the procedures correctly, if you need to reschedule the procedure or to another day they will help you without any problems, all the procedures are good, restorative - 10/10.
