Unfortunately, it is not possible to book a specific room in advance. Therefore, in the item “quality of accommodation” we put “good” because... The double room was excellent (No. S201), but I didn’t like the triple room (No. 203). The room is on two levels, there are not enough closets, and overall it is inconvenient for living.

We have been to this hotel for the sixth time and this is the best rating. I posted detailed reviews earlier. Among the innovations, we can note the better organization of the buffet in the restaurant and a new coffee machine. Everything else is at the expected good level.Negatives
On the downside, the waiters in the restaurant became less friendly (tired?). We need to better monitor the replenishment of the buffet: replenishment of salads, cold cuts, pastries, bread, etc. All these are little things, but they create an atmosphere... Also, the hotel (or you when booking) does not currently have the option of late check-out, we wanted to extend room until the evening, but we were told that our room would already be in demand after lunch, and it would not be profitable for them to offer a new one until the evening (there are few cleaning ladies). But these are small things again.

К сожалению, подведение воды связано с огромным количеством бюрократических процессов, о которых изначально не было заявлено городом, поэтому произошли задержки с подведением минеральной воды. Более того, в процессе работ, Министерство Здравоохранения выпустило новый закон, к которому также пришлось готовиться и, соответственно, откладывать непосредственный запуск воды. Сейчас данный процесс находится в финальной стадии. Благодарим Вас за понимание, надеемся, что все остальные впечатления об отеле - исключительно положительные. Будем рады видеть Вас вновь!

This is my second time staying at the hotel. I like that it is located next to the springs. It's comfortable. The hotel is small but cozy. All procedures are in accordance with the stated quantity, they are available in all hotels: gas injections, massage, parafango, paraffin for hand baths, inhalations, oxy, etc. The medical department is small, but everything basic is there. There is a sauna, which is open free of charge from 18.00-22.00. The food is good. Excellent breakfast, lunch and modest dinner. Friendly staff at the reception - Tanya, Christina, Yura. Many thanks to them! Mostly nice, fast and funny nurses, especially Katya! The doctor is a lady of few words, but she asked what procedures I would like to receive and prescribed them. There is no swimming pool, but they give 4 invitations to the SPA center, it is nearby, there is a sauna and a swimming pool. The hotel is clean, corresponds to 3 stars. I'll come next year. .I have no negative impressions. More like a wish. For breakfast, there is one small tray of pie or cake for tea and they don’t bring any more. It's the same story with fruits. There are always apples, but kiwis and bananas are cut in half and not replenished. Not all massage therapists are equally good. I had 3 of them in 6 procedures. The first one is nothing at all. The second one is better, during the last 2 massages I ended up with a young girl. She's awesome!

The doctor and head nurse are not friendly. I have to contact him several times regarding treatment issues. The treatment is more of a healing nature. The massage was done by a visiting masseur; I can't call it a massage - it was stroking. My wish is to hang a clock in the restaurant to help guide people better.

Excellent and carefully selected food, polite staff, good treatment, excellent location of the hotel. There is no pool, but it is not needed, since in most Karlovy Vary hotels all the pools are small, and there is no particular pleasure in swimming there. This hotel provides the opportunity to visit the city pool with sauna 2 times a week, and this is a much more pleasant option. Thank you to the English Court Hotel for everything! I would definitely go back there.

This year I lived in the second building, because... already at the beginning of February the hotel was almost completely occupied. The single room is small, but has everything you need. There were problems with lighting, which were resolved immediately after contacting us. I am glad that my windows faced Sadovaya Street. It may be noisy for some, but it is light.
